I've had multiple great experiences with this Verizon! Michael helped me first and treated me with great professionalism. Anthony helped me second and provided the same! Best Verizon I've been to. I've had service for 20 years. Thank you for restoring faith in costumer service!
Absolutely no help and rude to staff in front of customers, rude to customers. Wish I knew the guys name. Red head guy that seemed to be a supervisor if he was telling staff what to do. Shocking that so many bad reviews, nothing has changed.
Great store that has superior tech service. I transferred to Verizon from another server and their techs can solve your issues no matter what it is. I have an IPhone now and it’s a lot smarter than I am. I messed around with the settings and that shut down my phone but in a few minutes Verizon had it back up. Hint never mess with your settings or you may suffer some issues, I went to zoom and everything was off the screen and I had no way to get it back to normal, Techs at the store knew exactly what to do, I was without my ... read more
Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account on login to Verizon. All of the agents refuse to help me and transfer me.
