Ohso was easy to work with and was very helpful in getting a new phone set up in a pinch
Came into store yes as my iPhone was not working. Ohso Gianni greeted me with open arms and had my phone fixed in about 20 minutes. Super nice young lady and great customer service.
Danny did an awesome job and handled everything that I hate doing about swapping over phones. Walked out with a happy woman and kid. That's all that matters to me. Thanks man I will def be back
THE Verizon customer service salesman the African American gentleman with the beard told me lies regarding my service and made me purchase a new phone. Being new to Verizon i wasn't expecting this type of customer service and deceitfulness because he couldn't get a sale from me! I didn't appreciate it and I will be talking with management team and I won't my money refunded to me. New Customer beware!
