I went in just to get some assistance and removing a voice recognition icon on the front of my screen and Conchita went above and beyond to get my problem resolved as a matter a fact she made me an offer I couldn't refuse to come back because I had left Verizon to go with another carrier because they were charging me way too much for my phone bill every month but she offered me such a great deal and her service was so good till I paid off an old debt as well as a newer debt and came back.. she deserves a raise and a possible... read more

The staff at the establishment was exceptionally unprofessional. As I was leaving, the employee remarked, “Enjoy your high bill.” This remark was entirely inappropriate. I have been a customer of Verizon for nearly seven years, and I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior.
