This review is about Verizon's customer service, not a local Verizon store. Verizon has repeatedly charged my credit card more than $300 above my normal monthly bill, claiming I made international calls while I was traveling overseas. During my two-week trip, my phone was locked and was not used to make calls or send text messages. I arrived thirty minutes before closing, expecting to be able to file a claim for my broken phone and go about my day.There were six people ahead of me, only three representatives and only one that I could see.I would not recommend this store. Needs new management.
Terrible customer service. I understand that refund policies exist, and if the answer was simply that I could not receive a refund, that would be one thing. What upset me was the way I was treated. I had been trying to resolve this issue since June 11 and had been told by customer service several times over the course of about a month that I could receive a refund.
