The absolute worst customer service experience I have had as a Verizon customer!
I received the BEST customer care at this location today! The Manager and the Lady Verizon Care Rep were absolutely AWESOME!!!! I came in with frustration concerning my verizon account and the excess charges/fees and amongst other issues on my Verizon account. These two AWSEOME people really, really assisted me with my concerns! What a difference a year makes, I read a review, that stated the manager with the tattoo sleeve was rude… well I will say in 2024 he may have been having a rough day…. BUT TODAY he was multitasking like a pro, trying to help each and every customer in there till help arrived. I had been there the day before, was told to come back next day with replacement phone and they would help… (that they wasn’t there) but ole Tattoo Sleeve Anthony was there.
