Terrible experience. I spent over an hour trying to reach the store for a simple question. The AI kept redirecting me to the support center, and even they couldn’t get in touch with the store. I spoke with three different support reps at different times, and none of them could help. Completely frustrating and unacceptable.
The absolute worst customer service experience I have had as a Verizon customer!
I received the BEST customer care at this location today! The Manager and the Lady Verizon Care Rep were absolutely AWESOME!!!! I came in with frustration concerning my verizon account and the excess charges/fees and amongst other issues on my Verizon account. These two AWSEOME people really, really assisted me with my concerns! I am so Thankful that this world still has a lot of good people who care and LISTEN with their hearts and understand the customers needs and concerns! I applaud 👏🏾 these two!!!!
