bad phone service dont recommend
I worked with a young lady named Princess. She was kind and seemed knowledgeable. When I went home I discovered she made a mistake by putting my daughters number on my phone and vice versa. It was very frustrating, I live an hour away, the next Verizon store I went to was a waste of time. She gave me her phone number and she never responded to my calls. I am never going to this store again, I'll go to Dearborn heights they were so much more knowledgeable and helpful. Adham was excellent.
This places sucks when it comes to customer service. I walked in, first rep came over, I started to explain my issue, his cell phone rang, he interrupted me explaining, turned to the counter, asked a young lady if she could help and the expression on her face was that of reluctance but she slowly made her way to me. I begin again to explain my issue and before I could finish she interrupted me and told me I need to use my computer so on and so forth.
