Waited for a while, but staff were polite didn’t mind waiting.
Horrible experience. Bring a sleeping bag and plan on spending your whole day. They convinced me to upgrade my phone, just had to trade in a phone. Was told any phone could be traded in. Spent over an hour the 1st time. Got the new phone, came back with the trade in and spent almost an hour to be told that they won't accept the phone. Back to trade in a different phone, but have to sit and wait. Not allowed to go to a different Verizon store.
I went in today to get an upgrade for my phone and Danielle was so sweet and helpful the entire time!! She was so fun to talk to and answered every question both me and my boyfriend had, and at many times was multitasking setting up my phone while checking my boyfriend’s account to answer his questions as well. She made the whole experience super easy and I definitely hope to get her help next time I stop in!
Reported to Better Business Bureau, fraudulent business practices. They talk a LOT of CRAP. Salesmen lied about costs, mailed phones took 3 hours to activate because it had been more than 30 days, manager is clueless about policy and procedures and doesn't take responsibility for their issues (pleading ignorance, hence a corporate issue). We received a defective new watch. we went to this store to have it swapped for a new working model. Jon, a customer service rep there, started a clnr( certified like new replacement) replacement. He assured us it would be a pretty much a new watch. At the same time I was at the store, a customer service rep called me to see how Verizon was working out for us. I informed her I was getting a like new replacement for a brand new watch. she canceled the request for a clnr and said it should be a simple exchange for a new watch ... read more
