Excellent. Very helpful. Installed a new sim card for free. Can't recall the young ladie's name but she had some metal installed in her lower lip. She was most helpful.
The rep here was rude and lied to us. When I told him what the site told me, he was a smart ass. He was rude to my wife as well. I've never left that store as angry as I did today. If I decide to go back, I will request not to deal with him even if I have to wait. If that's the caliber of customer reps you hire now, I'll take my business elsewhere.
