Went there yesterday for help and because we wasn't there to buy anything she just told us to call IT and so we spent over an hour with that.... the funny thing is another customer come in and she called IT for them and helped her talk to them ...all because that customer was going to upgrade.....I was gonna stay and upgrade with Verizon but the last 2 years there customer service sucks I see T-Mobile in my future ...one thing for sure I will never walk into that store again maybe they should focus on helping other than sell... read more
