Its verizon, alot of being ignored and lies. If you can, avoid it.
Cheryle the manager was incredibly condescending and extremely rude. I have never had such an unprofessional experience at a Verizon store. I tried multiple times to explain what I needed help with and she refused to fully hear me out and address the specific concerns I came into the store for. When I was clearly upset and tried to explain to her what about her approach was wrong she doubled down on the attitude and never once apologized. Not to mention when we asked to speak to the manager we had 5 grown men swarm around us... read more
