This place is terrible. Basically sent us with our new phones in the box with vague instructions. Didn't want to actually do anything. When activation didn't work, just sent more vague instructions and clearly didn't want to help. I now have two phones and neither seems to be connected to service.

Really wish I could give 0 Stars. Employee Zach here was incredibly rude and abrasive. From the moment he walked up to me he was condescending and had a bad attitude like I was putting him out by needing help with my account. He proceeds to "try" and help where he then put me on the phone with customer service. After 45 mins of that they need to speak to him and he's also rude to the lady on the other end of the phone. Ben was super helpful and I appreciate his knowledge. However, he couldn't quite explain why, when he moved my plan to $80/month, from $90 plan I had, why my bill was going to be $105 a month, when it has been $102. It didn't really help me money wise. Also, I bought my phone outright, $1500, but they couldn't include a charging block? I just got the charging cord, which is about a foot long. Useless. There was also a $40 fee for??? This store and Verizon are a joke! I was lied to about what my bill would be (after taxes) by Matt. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service. I was told no, I could not speak to the supervisor and hung up on by customer service. I've learned the hard way not to ever do business with Verizon. Even after I cancelled everything BEFORE my number was ported over, I'm still getting a bill. The funny thing is that your customer service couldn't explain exactly what the bill was for.
