I used to work in the wireless industry. I will be the first to admit that I wasn’t the absolute greatest in the Customer Service department, but I sure as hell wasn’t rude or intentionally offputting. This is the only corporate-owned Verizon store in town, so you'd think they would be able to fix any and all issues with online orders. Instead, they redirect you to Verizon phone support for anything other than a device purchase. If I wanted to deal with being on hold with phone support, I wouldn't have driven to your store.
Do not purchase home internet in store. They will screw you over and double charge you. Worst ran company in the United States will tell you that they can help you and print out a shipping label or return device to the store originally purchased after the store you purchased from tells you to return it to them because they are a “corporate” store. Since one star is what I have to select that’s still giving Cali more credit then the 0 stars she deserves. She was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and had no knowledge of wireless communication. It was a nightmare from start to finish trying to deal with her attitude and unprofessionalism and avoid her at all costs if for whatever reason you do have to visit this location.
