OMG, customer service here is ridiculous. 1 guy helping a customer, the other 3 huddled up the corner running their mouth. I thought I was being punked the service is so bad here.
This location refused to help my elderly mother transfer contacts from her flip phone. All that was required was changing the old battery out with a new one and she had both with her. They said they don’t do repairs… it wasn’t a repair… it was basic customer service. What a joke! 👎👎👎 Take 5 minutes extra and help an elderly woman… what is so difficult about that?
My son ordered new phone. 2 weeks ago. Yesterday he got e mail at 4pm for pick up phone . He went to today this morning. They said canceled ordered because he didn't pick up yesterday. They said he have to order again and waiting for another week. Store still has he's phone. But they said he still didn't give to him Bad customer service I have been using version since 2003. Very disappointed
