WORST SERVICE EVER!! I cannot express enough how frustrated I am with this store & Verizon in general. 2 weeks ago I ordered a phone at this store location & last week I had to dispute a charge for an iPhone that was never delivered. I sat on the phone with multiple representatives giving me the runaround on what happened with the phone & ultimately had to just pick up one that was not what I originally wanted. Terrible customer service at the Verizon store on Robert C Daniel. Staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and made the whole experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and go elsewhere.
