I had my number 26 years. And verizon disconnected my number on September the 9th at 9:30 pm. And said i violated terms and conditions. And I have called so many time's. Each time I was told a different reason why verizon disconnected my number. Someone in the fraud department requested for my number back. I was told I have to wait 24 to 72 to hours. Went to store to cancel a prepaid plan. Told me couldn't refund my balance. I believe they're trying to steal money. Now dealing with corporate on the phone which can take 5 days apparently. About ready to cancel my monthly service

Professional and courteous employees. I visited this location around 4:00 in the afternoon on a weekday, and there was little wait time.

The staff person was very informative. She got up to assist as soon as we arrived. I was very surprised to find Verizon has a kiosk to make payments in all forms (cash, check, or charge). We were in and out in five minutes.
