We have been trying for a couple months to clear up an issue with our Verizon account. We went into the store and Richie was nothing short of amazing! He said he would not stop until he got the issue resolved no matter how long it took and he did just that!! We can not say enough about him!! We were ready to switch to AT&T! Thank you so much for working so hard and resolving our issue!!
Go to Ritchy- my wife might put up the same post but he deserves two 5-star reviews. He resolved an issue I couldn’t get fixed with their phone and online support for almost a year. What a great customer service he gave.
The reps here are unprofessional and not helpful. They always seem like they wish they were somewhere else other than helping the customer. It's always been a poor experience when I have visited this location. Corporate needs to do something
I went in yesterday because I have been through it for weeks trying to get my phone fixed. I've to other locations as well as multiple times speaking with tech support all to not get my texting issue fixed. Mae replaced my ESim with an actual sim card and within 10-15 minutes, I was getting texts again. I was so appreciative of her help and assistance. She was a lifesaver!!
