My elderly mother has lost her phone and can’t remember the 4 digit pin created years ago. Took her to this store to close account. We had the bill and her ID. The store manager couldn’t help us. Told us to call the 800 number which I had already done. They were the ones that told me to go to the Verizon store. Called again while at the store with same results. Store manager couldn’t/wouldn’t provide her manager number. So we are stuck.
What a shame local service. That male customer representative tried to push people out, not willing to provide services. He really need some customer services training.
The employees including the manager are so rude and disrespectful at this store,,,after requesting to speak to the manager I see why her team is that way,it starts from the top
