The reps here are unprofessional and not helpful. They always seem like they wish they were somewhere else other than helping the customer. It's always been a poor experience when I have visited this location. Corporate needs to do something
I went in yesterday because I have been through it for weeks trying to get my phone fixed. I've to other locations as well as multiple times speaking with tech support all to not get my texting issue fixed. Mae replaced my ESim with an actual sim card and within 10-15 minutes, I was getting texts again. I was so appreciative of her help and assistance. She was a lifesaver!!
Outsranding customer service by Darius Felix. Highly reccomend. Would be excellent high level customer service. Could fix problem whem Veriz9ns online techs could not. Also could speak English and communicate well. AUGUSTA Ga store
