I'm reluctantly writing a poor review- the staff were friendly but overall, fairly incompetent. My husband and I went there to buy him a new phone. The staff helped him purchase a new iPhone, only to discover when we got home and started setting it up that they had sold him the model with the lowest storage. We would have been happy to purchase the higher storage size but the staff at no point looked at his existing phone to see how much storage he used, resulting in a phone purchased that was totally inadequate for his need... read more
Have been dealing with trying to get off an account of a person that I'm no contact with and they continue to give us the run around. They need permission from said person to do so and will not do anything for the person paying for their cell phone. I DISLIKE this Place with a PASSION. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Verizon SUCKS!!!
Don't trade in your phone. They don't tell you how much you still owe, they just tell you "here to get your new phone, just sign here." Don't get verizon internet. It used to work well, but now because of how many ppl they have on those darn towers, the internet goes out MULTIPLE times a day.
