I have never met workers so arrogant and lazy. I went into this store to get a new phone, like any visit to Verizon there was going to be a wait. I was told 15-30 minutes. After 30 minutes had passed and only half the workers doing any work, I went to talk to two workers who had been standing there talking for some time. I asked if they could help me, Zach responded, telling me they were managers. So I said, "so you guys are too good to help then?" He quickly responded. "Yeah". I came to Verizon today with a couple problems with my cell phone. I was helped by Elijah Grooms. I expected the usual Verizon answer, "Your problem can't be fixed. Let me sell you a new phone." That was not Elijah's answer. He asked me what the problem was, patiently explained what was causing it, and then fixed it, for free! Elijah has totally changed my attitude about his employer. Thank you!
