Was able to get issue resolved quickly and in one visit
Picked up a samsung s24+ phone at this location as I was passing through town. The helpful rep suggested getting a phone case which I took him up on. He grabbed the case and put it into a bag. After leaving town, I attempted to put the case on and found out it was for a s24 model. Calls to Verizon yielded no help and directed me back to the same store. Very busy with too few very young technicians. Cannot seem to handle walk-in customers. If you walk-in and an appointment walks in, you will be waiting.
Always a great time visiting this store! Reps are always willing to help and they genuinely take their time to verify your account, make sure everything is correct, and then give you the information you ask for and empower the customer to make an informed decision. Always enjoy coming back with questions and they always help!
They’re super helpful and polite at this location! I actually feel bad that they have to answer all the “older people” like me questions!!! I’ve been there twice lately and they’re just so helpful! Great Team!!!!
