Verizon Store Review I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and this is actually the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. Every other time I’ve considered it, I’ve been told the store is “upgrading their system,” so I’ve let it go. But with today’s technology, I don’t understand why a customer should have to wait over an hour just to purchase screen protectors. We were switching from ATT to Verizon. After 5 frustrating hours on the phone between Verizon and ATT, we stopped in the Helena office on Montana where we were greeted by Reese. He encountered problems never experienced before, persevered and got our phones up and running! He was great! Definitely asset to Verizon!
