Bryan at Verizon is a life saver. My husbands phone had an update on his phone and it caused him to lose sound for notifications. He couldn’t hear any texts or calls we went into Verizon and Bryan was able to fix his phone and google watch without us having to buy a new one!!! So thankful for his patience and knowledge
