Absolute worst experience at this store. Went in to add a line and upgrade phones. It took the guy FOUR HOURS to do this. I left and went home just to find out he hadn’t even activated the new phone. So I went back in just to be given a phone # for customer service. Now to find out they changed my plan now I have no hotspot. I’ve been a Verizon customer for twenty five years but I believe I will be trying a different carrier just because of the experience I had.
