Gustavo was a huge help
every time I have called them they do not answer the phones at all. haven't had an update on a open ticket once even got one of the workers business phone numbers and they didn't even take the time to call me back after leaving a voicemail.
Worst services ever! I will not recommend you go there. No one including the managers lie and NEVER keep their promises after messing up phone orders. Went there for an Upgrade and was bounced off and on for almost 30 days. Pathetic!
Aldo was extremely helpful, got me everything I need, thank you Verizon for having employees like Aldo.
Went to the store today because my elderly mother had made her phone impossible to use with constant pop ups and such. We have been trying to fix it for months, and Aldo was amazing! He was able to remove the spam and even educated me on apps that help manage what she downloads. He spent an hour with us fixing her phone and listening to our little jokes. Thanks so much for providing such excellent service!
