Karla was extremely rude. She just gave off a hostile attitude. And definitely did not want to be there. Even the person I was with commented about it right after leaving.
Update- Turns out they NEVER canceled my dead father’s phone line. So to recap- they took a perfectly good phone- absolutely gave me no credit, and told me it had been cancelled when it indeed has not. Thank you Chris for wasting my valuable time. Wow, I have been with Verizon wireless since it was World Com You have me at 24 years but it’s actually 28 (you just didn’t keep digital records back then) I just buried my father and unfortunately, under distress, left my phone on the roof of the car. Chris was fantastic in getting us set up on a new plan and figuring everything out swapping from tmobile to Verizon was easy as can be. Then Juan jumped in and continued to be fantastic making sure we got everything we needed to figure out.
