My sister and I went into Verizon on release morning to purchase the new iPhone 18 Pro Max. When we arrived, we were told they had both phones we wanted in stock: a Burgundy 256GB for me and a Glacier 256GB for my sister. I switched from Verizon to Xfinity for mobile service, Big mistake! The transfer never finalized. The text messaging never worked the entire time of service. Verizon is so much better, the customer service is amazing. I switched back to Verizon today, Xfinity made it a pain! Gabe helped me out, Jose as well. Very happy to be back to Verizon. Thank you.

Came in with a concern on windows that were popping up on my phone that would stay on I needed them off he took quite awhile educating me on apps that could be deleted that would cause something like that. He was so helpful and patient. Thanks Obed.

Ald0 helped when I went into the store 29th of August. WOW I have I don't think in all my years with Verizon I have had any body as helpful, kind , as helpful, and caring as Aldo. I think 99$ of the time i have had the best of the best help. With Aldo He maybe is the tops. He knew what I wanted needed as I was asking. I have had a stroke and he was so patient and went slow with me. I tease him many times I wanted to take him home with me. He is a natural with dealing and helpi g the public.
