Technical team hasn't been good to resolve problem of separation watch phone number and cell phone number. Wasted a lot of time for that issue but nit successfully as customer concern..really bad technical team what I've ever contacted .
We currently have over 33 lines with Verizon, and honestly, the level of service we receive is extremely disappointing. You would expect a company with that much business to provide reliable support, but that has not been our experience. Calling customer service is nearly impossible—you sit on hold for extended periods, never reach a real person, and often get disconnected entirely. I had a large billing issue . The issue is still unresolved but Collin helped me and took the time and really cared about my problem . He sat with me for over an hour and a half with customer service trying to resolve my issue . Although my issue has to be handled differently , he really took the time to investigate the issue and give me all the resources to get it resolved . This was a frustrating experience and he truly was kind and patient through the whole process . Thank you Collin !
Chris was rude when we went back to fix a mistake in a transferred phone line. Every time we go here for a new phone there is a problem.
Worse customer service.I promise you if you go to t mobile or at&t you'll have so much better service. I had an issue with my account where it got hacked into, so I had a switch accounts.And I forgot to switch it over with verizon, so they gotta return.Check and i've never missed a payment in twenty years.And now they will only let me do cash payments.In such a hassle, there's nothing they will do to change it for 6 months.I'm being punished. It's really annoying, and i'm ready to cancel.And go somewhere else.
