Juan solely lost this location 3 iPhone sales. Walked over to best buy to get better customer service.
Karla was extremely rude. She just gave off a hostile attitude. And definitely did not want to be there. Even the person I was with commented about it right after leaving.
Update- Turns out they NEVER canceled my dead father’s phone line. So to recap- they took a perfectly good phone- absolutely gave me no credit, and told me it had been cancelled when it indeed has not. Thank you Chris for wasting my valuable time. What a joke and pathetic failed attempt at customer service.
