In the past, I've had long wait times, but this time I made an appointment online. No waiting!
Worst experience I ever had.. Unhelpful staff who are busier talking to each other than offering help. Had the guy I was working with go into the back and leave for lunch. Then I had to call a separate number while in the store to get help because they apparently don't have access to the system. The only thing they did was take a phone from me.. Cut the staff and save the store front money.
Mikkel was exceptional! Very patient & knowledgeable solving issues and making suggestions, following thru on everything - highly recommend! Thanks Mikkel!
