After dealing with Verizon over the phone and complications switching lines over, I went to the Verizon Valparaiso store. Joe the manager took excellent care of everything. All the problems were resolved and able to use my phone. He exceeds as a manager when diffusing difficult situations and was so pleasant to chat with. Thank you so much Joe!
DO NOT go to this store. I had a flip phone I wanted repaired that I had to change the phone number on it due to my daughters boyfriends daughter that kept messing with the phone It is a phone that we use for my ex husbands mother that is elderly. It has been a simple, dependable phone for her. We keep it for her because theyer new flip phones are junky. We already have Galaxy phones for us.
