The worst customer service, the angry woman with the manly haircut was terrible to deal with. Don’t bring your awful personal life to work please.
Stopped in to trim down my bill. Was greeted promptly and waited less than 2 minutes until Gabe assisted me. It took a bit longer to do the tasks than I expected and they tried to upsell but that is their job. Everyone was very friendly and it was a great experience.
Should of read the reviews,walked in today to purchase a new phone got greeted by Amanda,Amanda has a personality like a house plant,No expression or laughter coming from Amanda...Her people/customer skills are terrible.I walked out!!Yep just what I thought!! Owner responded in typical fashion, sympathetic but no changes will happen, all comments are the same.. SAD

Worst. Service. Ever. If Verizon was running a contest for How to Make a Customer Regret Walking In, this location would win by a landslide. The employee who “helped” us was rude, insulting, and tried to sneak extra charges into my contract like a magician pulling rabbits out of a hat except the rabbits cost $37.99 a month. She vanished when we said the transfer was almost completete, and really not wanting to be there any longer had to go find another employee just to finish the process.
