Very poor service.
Not coming back, no one greets when entering the building.The staff is on the phone the whole time. No one asked me “How can I help you” I had to walk up to them and ask. Ridiculous.
Asian lady is passive aggressive and bald Hispanic man was rude, asking me for ID when I was showing him the method of payment I used. Looks at my passport for a whole minutes as if that isn’t more powerful than any other form of ID. As soon as I went in there the Asian lady was like yeah he’s in here for EARPLUGS, and i was like nah they are earphones. She proceeds to grill me as if people are out here looking for Wired earphones To steal. Thank God I don’t have to come there anymore.
My 5 star review is based solely on my customer service rep Matt Roman. He was professional and knowledgeable. He tried to go above and beyond to fulfill our expectations.
I have to give a huge thank you to Pete at the Trinity store. I purchased the new galaxy 8 watch and was having a really difficult time getting it set up. While the outcome wasn't what we wanted, Pete was incredibly patient and spent almost 2 hours trying to get me connected. Customer service was fantastic.
