Jose Guzman is going on my Christmas list! I had a razor flip phone with T-Mobile. It broke and during my insurance claim they convinced me to upgrade instead of replacing it. I waited a day for the claim, drove to the store and it wouldn't allow me to. The customer service rep there was so unhelpful it got me legitimately angry. I left the store and drove to Verizon. Been here once, will never come again, customer service is absolutely abysmal. If you not there to do anything that gives them a chance to pull that tablet out and sell you something, they'll immediately dismiss you to the app. They wont hide it either, the demeanor flips on a dime. If you have a verizon somewhere else, go there.

Went in with a new phone and a Verizon "Bring your own phone" sim kit to get activation. It was close to closing time, so the guy told me he couldn't do it. It was like I was disturbing how he just stopped working on it and told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to finish it. I left very disappointed.
