I have to give a huge thank you to Pete at the Trinity store. I purchased the new galaxy 8 watch and was having a really difficult time getting it set up. While the outcome wasn't what we wanted, Pete was incredibly patient and spent almost 2 hours trying to get me connected. Customer service was fantastic.

I want to sincerely thank the Verizon Jeremy employee who helped us reconnect our lines. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. What stood out most was that he took the time to assist us even outside of his regular working hours — a rare and much-appreciated gesture. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly thanks to his support. Truly exceptional customer service!
Is this a corporate Verizon location? I visited this store for help with an ongoing issue where my phone randomly won’t make or receive calls. The problem stems from previously having two lines on one phone, which were later split into two separate phones with different numbers and Apple IDs. I explained that both phones continue to have signal and call-dropping issues due to the way they were activated. While the staff was polite, they were ultimately no help.
