Went in with a new phone and a Verizon "Bring your own phone" sim kit to get activation. It was close to closing time, so the guy told me he couldn't do it. It was like I was disturbing how he just stopped working on it and told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to finish it. I left very disappointed.

Very disappointing customer service experience. My husband and I visited this location to ask about upgrading my phone and watch after seeing a promotion offered in my Verizon app. Unfortunately, we were not acknowledged when we entered the store. Rolando and another employee sitting at a table did not greet us or engage with us until we approached them directly. When I asked about the promotion and how it worked, Rolando simply pointed to the wall and said the phone was “over there,” without any explanation or effort to hel... read more
