This Verizon store is horrible. Today’s date and time is 12:09pm on 07/12/26! The sales rep, Lisa Didn’t even get out of her chair to greet us and yelled across the store asking me what brought Me in today. I pointed to my fiancé telling her He needed a new phone! She still doesn’t get up from her chair. I end up asking who the manager was on duty. Her name was Jasmine some Asian looking lady. Nobody seemed to help us. They only had one person in there. All they do is direct you to the app. I walked in there to upgrade my phone and was essentially told to do it myself. It was so frustrating. They couldn’t answer basic questions like “what protection plan do I currently have?”. She seemed annoyed that she had to go get her tablet and access my account.
I had the pleasure of working with Maddy. I came in the store and my account was all over the place, being a new verizon customer I was very very upset and on my way to parting ways with verizon. But Maddy saved the day, she dedicated all her time and knowledge to helping sort the problem, she went above and beyond and extended herself. All cause of Maddy im still apart of the verizon family. Thanks Maddy
