I had the pleasure of working with Maddy. I came in the store and my account was all over the place, being a new verizon customer I was very very upset and on my way to parting ways with verizon. But Maddy saved the day, she dedicated all her time and knowledge to helping sort the problem, she went above and beyond and extended herself. All cause of Maddy im still apart of the verizon family.
