To review this specific Verizon store let me start out by saying I wasted 5 hours attempting to get a phone upgrade but walked out with the same old version phone that I started with. I have been getting text messages from Verizon for months imploring me to upgrade my old phone for free. So, I made an appointment online for this store. “Matt” the manager displayed awful customer service and provided false information which I cross referenced with corporate. He spoke to me for less than two minutes and then refused to help me. No extra effort to problem solve. I had to get the 888 customer service line to assist. He took the lazy way out and would not cross reference my account in order for me to make a purchase ( an expensive one at that).
