I originally went in to the Verizon store in Palm Beach Gardens to help me with the set up of my new phone and Jeff was very kind and accommodating. I actually came back the next day because I had issues with what I thought was the billing due to the promotions I was supposed to receive on my family account due to the upgrades of two new phones. I had an unpleasant visit to this store when looking for help with my new phone. The manager, Matt, very arrogant, with short answers, seemed uninterested in assisting me, which unfortunately matches what several other reviews have noted. I love our community and i love using Verizon as my provider. I hope Verizon can focus on providing kinder, more supportive service here in the future.
Don’t come to this store. They think they are smart but complete lack of any competence
