Extremely rude employees. Refused to help with my problem, wouldn't even look at my account before refusing to assist. Did not even understand my issue before he decided he was finished with the interaction and walked away. I was told this is a corporate location and they could solve my problems. Extremely upset, the employees at this store are the reason I am porting to another cellular company.
What a JOKE - The store had a 15 min wait no problem at all , waited got called on only to find out the store could not transfer DATA because it didn't have Wi-Fi. Im just glad they told us up front. They deserve this star.
Tina was kind, patient, and informative when helping me switch from AT&T. I’ll be back with the rest of my family to see her again.
They were super helpful and got me what I needed quite quickly
