Worst location out of all of them. You know you're in trouble when you walking and need to spend 15 minutes listening to grown children talkj about there sneakeds as if they wereinvestments. I live in Kendall but work @ PGA-Skip this dump, every time we come to pay our bill, every employee is lazing about doing nothing, but ignoring customers and being rude. This is the worst location in all of Florida, so def avoid this dump ! I almost left to At&t !

What an absolutely miserable bunch of people. I’m embarrassed to be a Verizon customer. i showed up to drop off a phone (literally hand it over) at 6:59 and they refused to open the door. I stood there for 2 mins speaking through the door because they refused to open the door. 5 employees working, 4 customers in the store. All they had to do was take the phone as a handover. They refused to let me do a simple thing like return a device as a trade in (no action required on their part) saying the door would not open
Complete embarrassment as far the level of customer service that is provided. That would be zero. Matt an alleged assistant manager whose resolution to my issue was to walk to a telephone connect me to a call center in Bombay and completely abandon the situation. After 25 minutes of not being able to communicate with the person in Bombay I walked out and let Matt know what a sorry excuse of management he is and that his customer service is non existent He snickered and said that’s all we can do. Terrible. The team in this store sold me a bunch of lies and it has now been confirmed by Verizon Customer Service. I had to call Verizon Customer Service and work with them for nearly 2 hours just to fix my account. They had to reverse all the changes that the store did to my account. Clearly they are paid on commission and will add new services that you do not approve of just to earn commission.
