Went in the 16th st. Moline location. Never had anyone acknowledge me. Just needed to make a change. Associates were not very helpful. When they finally finished with a customer they went to the back . We walked out. I understand they are busy but to not say anything is unacceptable.
Waited for an hour and received zero service. three others walked out as I did in that time waiting for service, highly recommend finding another store to go to.
Her staff is very inattentive, they don't care about customer service.
Came in yesterday to upgrade phones for the family - I cannot say enough incredible things about Dave! He was so knowledgeable, so easy to talk to, so kind, and so thorough when explaining things! Truly a breath of fresh air experience! Thank you, Dave! We will make sure to ask for him whenever we stop in!
