Worst experience ever. I was first told I was not eligible for an upgrade, but they could give me a new phone free and I can just pay the tax on it and they put my sim card in it. So I left with a new phone and after saying no 3 times I finally said ok to trying internet free for 30 days. The very next day I noticed my estimated bill was going to be 450+$...they added a whole other line on my account plus many extras.i immediately went back there to return phone and Internet box and she actually told me she could not disconn... read more
When on phone with Verizon rep they said we were eligible for an upgrade on my wife's phone.. we opted to do that. They said the phone was available at this store for pick up... She I called the store they said they give priority to the people who purchase in store vs the online orders and would notify us when a phone was available. Turn preceded to try to sell me a tablet or watch... Two days later I received an email the order was cancelled because we didn't pick up the phone. We never were notified the phone was available... read more
