I can’t say enough about the outstanding service at the North Greenbush Verizon! I came in to get my daughter an Apple Watch and from start to finish the staff was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Brie, Tyler and Christian helped me out. In addition to helping me get the right watch for my daughter at the best price possible, the team worked hard to lower my bill. I was told that the reason they are so understaffed is because the company uses AI to make their schedules to cut costs. If you want fast prompt service go elsewhere! They run on a skeleton crew here because corporate is greedy. Edit: I emailed them and got nothing but automated customer service nothing-speak.
Worst experience of my life…
Went in to upgrade my phone, was there for 2 hours and I thought all was fixed and set up, WRONG! A few days later my friend asked me why my texts were coming from my email, turns out they never activated my phone number to my new phone! (Along with the staff playing on their phones most of the time, and having to pay $300 when i was due for an upgrade blows my mind!)
