Really terrible service. I had a device that was not working and they refused to do anything. “Just call tech support”. I pay a ton of money for their insurance, but that now seems dumb. Apple care is the way to go I guess. Oh- 3 employees and zero customers! I had to talk to tech support for an hour and they still didn’t fix the issue. Why couldn’t the Verizon employees talk to tech?! I don’t work for Verizon and they’re doing nothing. I

The person was very unhelpful and told us that we could go to a cooperate store to get an extender for our wifi. Also our wifi doesn’t even work because when he told us it should reach our home, many people at the Cooperate office said it could not and connection was slow. This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this Verizon store to any one in the area

Matt shouldn't be manager, he has a mouthful of marbles and is the most rudest person I have ever met. Absolutely Useless! He was instructed to assist me by the corporate office but said he couldn't access my account. I said he should call someone to walk him through it. But, he wouldn't do it. I asked him to print something for my income taxes (by law they have to) and he said he didnt know how to print it. Really, should he be a manager? He couldn't figure his way out of a paper bag.
