This is a good Verizon location. Helpful and friendly.
Not helpful at all. In November, my phone was locked and had to be reset. He was not friendly or helpful. I felt uncomfortable the entire time because it seemed like he didn't even want to help me. I was only customer in the store at 1130 am. and 3 or 4 other guys standing around doing nothing. I left and gad to deal with the issue on my own and called CS to help me finish fixing my issues. 20 years as a Verizon customer. This almost made me switch and change carriers.
Came in to switch phones. The employee (John) was outstanding. When we entered the store he gave us a friendly greet. Helped us decide which phone we wanted. Handled the switch over easily and provided instruction on how to transfer all the data over to the next obe. Everything was quick and easy.
