I went in on 1/9/26 to discuss a problem with my bill. They were charging me $20 per month for the last 3 months for a service that was supposed to be cancelled. I spoke with Chris and he immediately got on the phone and got me credited back the money. He then asked if they could anything special for my inconvenience. The women looked into it and gave a loyalty reward. I heard her tell Chris they would give me a monthly reduction for the next 12 months. Awful service, came in with a phone that couldn’t text or call but at least could use data for internet and left with even the data not working and told to go to a corporate store after wasting 40 minutes of my time. The manager also made comments to his employees in front of customers that made it feel very unwelcoming. Walked next door to spectrum and bought a new phone and got spectrum mobile. Then removed my line from Verizon.
