Went in not knowing if I was gonna walk out with a new phone or not and I did!! Colin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I stayed to set up my new phone in the store and overheard him helping others with issues as well. He was EXTREMELY patient and knew exactly what to do. Thanks, Colin, I sincerely appreciated your customer service today! 10/10 would tell others to go to this location simply because of Colin.

Great service. If you need to take time from an employee, time costs money, setup fees are required. Example would be buying labor for repairing vehicles at a shop. If your phone is overheating, call the phone company not your SERVICE provider. Asurion is great for extended warranties and accidental physical damage, because when you buy a new phone youre adjusting to the new size, weight, etc you WILL cause a couple whoopsies here and there.
