Absolutely will drive out of my way to Glenville just to avoid going into this store. You can be there 10 minutes before closing, and they will make sure to try to not help you just because of how late you got there.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Extremely deceptive and manipulative sale tactics. Buyers beware. Go to the Latham store on new London and see Joe or Kiana. Much better sales reps.
