Great service. If you need to take time from an employee, time costs money, setup fees are required. Example would be buying labor for repairing vehicles at a shop. If your phone is overheating, call the phone company not your SERVICE provider. Asurion is great for extended warranties and accidental physical damage, because when you buy a new phone youre adjusting to the new size, weight, etc you WILL cause a couple whoopsies here and there. I ordered a new phone and ported my old number to it, just for every option I tried not to work. I called corporate for them to try a few things and tell me “we can’t do anything, you’ll have to go to a store”. I chose the Clifton park store and was greeted by a nice gentleman saying “you can check in on the device there” I was then helped by a lady named Stephanie.
