I went there today to purchase a new phone. I have never received the type of customer service that I did with Sterling. He is simply the best at what he does. There was an issue with my text messages no wanting to transfer to the new phone. It may have taken a little longer than usual but he did not quit until he had every text message transfered over. A really great guy and everyone I came into contact with was super friendly. I would give 10 stars if I could. Hats off to Sterling and this awesome team led by D.L.
They act like they don't wanna work. They will tell u hold on for a few mins as they are standing there talking to another employee about nothing to do with Verizon. I hate this location They don't wanna help u they just want u to buy a new phone
I'm here three times for order new phone. 1.Cancel.order 2.cancel and now3. re order.. Lol... They put wrong address 2 phone order at same time. But They are going two diffrent address Haha.. I wast time in here. What happen? They have no idea What they doing. Can't put shipping address LOL
The lady, and I didn't get her name, fixed my phone in a few minutes. Thank you guys!
