Gun times
There seems to be a lack of efficiency and professionalism at this location. I stopped by on 2/24/25 and noticed they were busy so I made an appointment for 2/25/25 @ 6PM. I arrived to the appointment and several agents were assisting other customers. An agent told me someone will be with you shortly. As time went on, I began wondering what was the purpose of making an appointment if I had to wait 30 minutes for service. Finally an agent came out and I asked if she was a manager. This place is a complete joke ! My Verizon account was hacked!! A worker at this particular store either stole my information or allowed a customer to come in the store and use my information. Stay away from this store and the reps.
