Rashad Mason was a lifesaver! I really wish I had just come to see him before I spent hours on the phone with IT support. He was eager to help me even though I didn't buy my phone from him, and very professional. You guys have a star at the Pooler location for sure.
Mellanie was an amazing help! I tried getting my phone service swapped to my new upgraded phone and it was more of a hassle than I expected when I tried on my own but Mellanie made sure I was taken care of and contacted Verizon support to make sure I was able to get everything squared away. She was incredibly patient with me and I truly appreciate it, thank you so much Mrs. Mellanie!
Lamar is the man! Don’t waste your TIME going to the authorized retailer store that is closer to I-16. I walked in to trade a device in and could not have been met with more disinterest and rude customer service. I walked in and right from the get-go Lamar had me squared away and was highly personable and professional. Good job Lamar!
