Some type of sales fraud going on in this store. They made the impression that they closed my account, only for me to find out via verizon phone support that it was never closed and I would have to pay taxes on the account to pay off balance even after going through and reversing all of the bill charges. I should mention, I asked for them to waive a fee I had to pay just for them to sucker me out of the other portion of the deposit! SMH. avoid at all costs. Finally a nice experience with a salesperson. This is one of the few times I've had the feeling like the salesgirl was listening to my needs and trying to look for the best options at the best price based on what I was asking for.
