A bit too rude
This crew is top tier ! They’ve been successful in solving my phone issues when others have failed and they did it quick and with a smile! I never thought I’d be saying this about a trip to the Verizon store, but I enjoyed my experience at this particular location.. Shout out to Liz whose knowledge was able to get me in and out when time was of essence and shout out to the rest of the crew for setting the atmosphere with phenomenal energy! Job well done guys, you all set the bar high!!
Some type of sales fraud going on in this store. They made the impression that they closed my account, only for me to find out via verizon phone support that it was never closed and I would have to pay taxes on the account to pay off balance even after going through and reversing all of the bill charges. I should mention, I asked for them to waive a fee I had to pay just for them to sucker me out of the other portion of the deposit! SMH. avoid at all costs.
