I was having some serious issues getting my new phone set up online(new customer, buying a new phone and watch), bringing my old number over was a nightmare for some reason even though I feel it should have been easier. Luckily within 15-20 minutes of being there is was walking out with everything squared away!
Great experience switching from AT&T to Verizon!
They are nothing but liars at this store. We had a land line base unit from them for yrs. We went into this store and cancelled the service. Was told to bring base unit back to store before Oct 5th. Took base unit into store on Oct 4th was told they couldn't except it at store, had to contact Verizon customer service, get a return authorization and then mail it to them which can't be done before Oct 5th which results in a $45 charge.
