Terrible service! Would not recommend this location at all.
Very rude staff and management. Apparently they are not a real Verizon store and they get very defensive when you ask them for simple services. I would avoid this store. Never seen grown men act so childish.
I had a rather complicated issue with my phone and coverage plan and i was randomly assigned Ryan R. an employee at verizon to which he helped me extraordinarily well. He was able to fully solve my issue and give me a deal that was very good. I had a great experience at verizon and would like to thank the employee that helped me and was extremely patient with my situation
