Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! Literally every associate you will speak with has a attitude or doesn’t even want to help you me and my husband had to go to this location Twice since they made a deal on a phone they couldn’t keep we had to come here twice and ask if his new phone is delivered as it was supposed to be delivered the first day we came and the lady was COMPLETELY RUDE! Was coerced into switching phone carriers in the hopes of a cheaper phone bill. Was lied and manipulated now I’m under a contract with a higher bill. Sad to see that businesses around here care more about greed then the community.
