Marlyn at this location was of tremendous help to me and my husband!! We were in the midst of a terrible experience with AT&T, being scammed out of money and receiving no customer service help. Marlyn took wonderful care of us, was extremely nice, and helped us switch to Verizon while in store. She explained everything clearly & honestly (complete opposite of every AT&T rep we spoke with), was kind and efficient and deserves to be given a raise if possible! Thank you, Marlyn, for valuing your customers and helping us.
broke phone, went by 2 local stores, this was 1, they had me log in, it said my password was wrong. Went home to check, didnt have it wrong as I signed in on my computer fine. Callingn the customer service phone number didnt help as it didn't know anything either. Maybe I should change services....
Fast, helpful, and knowledgable! Recommend this store over any other Verizon in the Littleton area.
Hands down the worst customer service ever. Easily. I have never had so many employees tell me "I can't help you with that" or "there's nothing i can do." One employee told me "yeah, you're just gonna have to pay for a phone that you'll never get. There's nothing i can do." Absolutely insane. However, I went to the aspen Grove location, I barely explained the situation and they had it solved and I walked out with my knew phones in less than 30 minutes. Do not go to this location they are all terrible employees.
