We recently switched our cell phone service from Verizon to Xfinity and needed some information about our final Verizon bill. We went to a Verizon store hoping to get help, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Since our account was already canceled, the store employees said they couldn’t access any details and told us to call customer service instead. Andrew was very friendly and helpful! We didn't resolve the issue with my phone today but it was not from a lack of effort. And it at least now is in motion to get solved this week. Will absolutely continue to visit this location for the great customer service!

Horrible store. No help. Online support sent me here, the store told me to go online. Switched to AT&T.
