I have been a customer less than 2 months and already regretting my decision. I had a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Service Experience. I recently Had an unexpected death in my family called them to authorize my wife on the account, silly of me to assume this would take 15 minutes. I needed time so I can deal with personal issues while coping with a tragedy due to the death in my family.
