Excellent customer service
Terrible service
They have a kiosk 👏👏😁, which makes it easier to make payments and staff can attend other customers. Not a lot of parking but easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back to use their kiosk for payments.
Ok so I have a trucking company and I was looking to switch to Verizon and get my driver's new phones the guy helping me started off standoffish his name is Mike or Michael white guy long hair anyway he ask for my information I provided him with all he ask then he goes to grab my personal information and go through my paperwork so I stop him and said you didit ask for that and it has personal information in there like my ss# and so on he said sorry he just trying to see if this so called company was real iv been in business ... read more
