After terrible experience last fall, I was very hesitant to go back to this location. However, Jimmie was very welcoming, quick, and also took the time to explain all the available promos. 10x better experience with customer surface. Glad to see the location is improving.

Been with Verizon for 12 plus years, have 9 devices on my account. The last two times I've called in for assistance I've been put on hold for over an hour. If you can't support your product its time to switch. A disappointed customer.
