I called the Verizon 1800 number to add a line and then had issues with it and again at the crown point location. I went to the Merrillville location and they had it straightened out in 30 mins and I was out the door with a new phone!! I definitely recommend this location!!
Excellent experience at Verizon. The sales rep who helped me (Drew G.) with my upgrade was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They got everything taken care of and had me in and out of the store in no time, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was that they went the extra mile and found a discount I didn’t even know was available, saving me additional money without me having to ask. That kind of customer service makes a difference. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
If I could leave no stars I would, the service is this store is absolutely ridiculous. Got a new phone through Asurion and myself and GF both asked if there was a charge to transfer info from phone to phone and the guy we spoke with said there would be no charge. The rep in the store wanted to argue and told me I don't know what I'm talking about. And the proceeded to tell me if I don't leave he will call the police and have me Trespassed. Will never step foot in that store and very close to canceling my service!!
