Called and asked for some help and they cant even answer simple questions they must transfer you or you must go in with an I.D. why offer customer service over the phone if we have to go in person?

It was the best! I went in and was greeted warmly by Sheree. She guided me through the process of establishing internet in my home. Was smooth and very well explained. After, she made my day even better by helping me get my dream phone! In Violet too! Even after, I was having some technical difficulties and she helped with that too. Overall I was very pleased with the transaction! She's an outstanding worker! 10/10 would definitely recommend her!
After being told by an attendant at the verizon in schererville by u.s. 30 & rt. 41 to go to the GEEK SQUAD at BEST BUY cause he was too lazy to even attempt to figure out the issue on my phone . I instead came to this location and a gentleman by the name of Marvin quickly came to the rescue . Not only figuring out my problem but also explaining the issue in detail with much patience .
