Joseph helped me complete my transfer and in the process kept a conversation going so the process felt like it was moving quicker! If you want someone to care through the process and have everything go smoothly make sure you go when he is there !
This store seemed almost abandoned, it was dark inside, not much stock out and 3 people sitting at the counter playing on their phones. They didn't have any 2025 Motorola phones which is what I was looking for. The sales person said Motorola phones were not preferred. I've had Motorola for over 12 years and love them, but being budget conscious phones I can see why Verizon wouldn't want to sell them since they can't make much $$ off of them. I went to Best Buy and bought it unlocked and at a Great price! Thanks Best Buy!
