Why have I been with this company for almost 20 years?!!! Well, apparently they don't know either. My current phone was supposed to be a trade-in for 800.00. Best customer service! I was very happy with my experience switching my phone service over to Verizon in this store. Jakari was fantastic in helping me out with everything, he went above and beyond to help me out even staying past closing to ensure I was able to go home with my new phones that night.
Why does Verizon even bother with in person stores when the staff refuse to help you and direct you to call customer service instead
