TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Needed new phone and VERY distraught over my phone losing most of my data from water damage. Isaac was rude and seemed bothered having to do his job. Told me he knew nothing about a trade in offer in any condition and 3 year price guarantee and charged me full price for a new phone adding extras to my bill. Told me to go to phone repair and get my phone fixed and come back for possible trade in credit of ½ the price.
