Got issue with tablets , using for business purposes, they just gave number Verizon and asked to call , trying to call couldn’t reach agent , didn’t solve issue gonna driver other Verizon store

Took three hours to sign up, horrible experience and no follow through on issues with billing that they caused due to mistakes they made at sign up. Avoid this location if you value your time.

Store itself is clean looks welcoming. Until you talk to a rep . Out of all the Verizon stores I have been to this one in Oswego has the worst customer service . Not willing to help, would rather direct you to online or to call Verizon . This has happened the last 3 times I have been there . Will not be going back !

Matt w helped me a lot and helped me save a lot of money on my bill monthly I recommend talking w him if u ever need anything great dude and he is always there to help everyone

Update: Joseph from Verizon had us charged 3 times for one Netflix account trying to "save" is 30 bucks. We got charged for the hbo max/Netflix account, another 16 for premium Netflix which we didn't want AND we still got charged for our personal Netflix account. The bill at Verizon consistently goes up, but the service remains mid tier. Do not go to Joseph, he will sweet talk you until you leave the store without actually assisting you on your issues.
