Laran was helpful enough. Do not work with Jackson, he will glaze over added line item charges and sneak in extra costs you won’t notice until your next bill. This store will smile in your face and then add unwanted lines and extra crap to your bill behind your back. Verizon overall is genuinely a nightmare to work with, and this store is truly the ultimate example of the underhanded sleazy behavior of the corporation as a whole. Come here if you like paying more than you have to.

I had to get a new phone and received excellent help from Maria with an assist from Magic Jackson when there were issues with activation. They were at the end of the day and not getting much help from level 2 tech support but with extreme patience and perseverance got my new phone online and me, on my way. They saved my patronage as they resolved issues and remained kind.

Thank you to Laran! Walked in, phone had viruses and/ or had been hacked He got it fixed within minutes. I had tried and couldn't get it done myself He was helpful and kind!
