There is definitely something going on here...constantly saying that I owe Xtra money,even when I have a receipt that says balance due is 0.00....suddenly they want $165.00 more dollars..after paying my bill on the 17th of this month...Monday you guys can have the phone back..this is a bunch of B.S.
Was quoted a price of $160 - Got my first bill- it’s $409. The guy said before I left- don’t worry- the first bill is going to be high, then the next will be low and then it events out!!!!?? These sales people swore up and down one of the lines was completely free. It’s $100 a month and not a necessary line.
