I HATE verizon!! Worst customer service. I were told that my problem was not important and that there's no one above the supervisor that I could speak to. I paid my bill in full ...over $923.00 but im still being bill monthly!! I highly recommend any company except verizon unless you want high blood pressure!!!

Very rude woman at Tigertown this morning. I’ve been to this location many times and always received very courteous and professional service. This woman does not understand the meaning of customer service.

Had the rudest lady ever, not friendly and was flat out rude. Would not recommend this store, their customer service is below one star. Wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name.
