Went in to the store thinking I needed a new phone. Met Nina ....just let me say FANTASTIC. She was a true person showed me that my phone wasn't broken. She preformed surgery on my phone. Note to self clean the phones belly button. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 30 years and hopefully another 30.
The employees are awesome! But the manager needs to go, she is not welcoming, rude, unprofessional and I feel bad for the people working under her. She was awful.
I want to thank Nicole so much !!! She has been Amazing and has helped me soooo much Could never have done this without her help. She truly has been tremendous. Please let her supervisor know that she has been the BEST !!!!!! I thank her so very much
