I had an outstanding experience at Verizon thanks to Steven, who was incredibly helpful throughout my entire visit. He patiently answered all my questions and made everything easy to understand. David was also very helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Their combined support made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Verizon and their amazing team!

Went in to the store thinking I needed a new phone. Met Nina ....just let me say FANTASTIC. She was a true person showed me that my phone wasn't broken. She preformed surgery on my phone. Note to self clean the phones belly button. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 30 years and hopefully another 30.
The employees are awesome! But the manager needs to go, she is not welcoming, rude, unprofessional and I feel bad for the people working under her. She was awful.
