It was an absolute breath of fresh air to be able to work with extremely friendly, patient and competent staff! Although an appointment is always recommended, it appeared as though the store was well staffed to accommodate many customers’ needs. Truly a great experience that would have me returning in person instead of relying on support over the phone :)

Nina was great last night helping me activate my grandmas phone , I had messed up doing it myself and she helped me get it done even stayed after hours i got there around 6:30pm and did not leave until 8:30 I thank you her so much ! And her co worker that stayed I truly appreciate it ! And my grandma is happy with her new phone ! 😊
