Visited twice, both times staff were rude and unhelpful. They claimed the problem was not on their end and had to be due to our new carrier. We finally resolved the problem by pushing up the chain of command. It was Verizons issue and a blatant attempt on Verizons part to block us from leaving them. - disgusting.

Worst customer service com0any around. They have ahold on my phone, even though it is paid for, so I cannot trade it in. I have spoken to tech support at leave five times on this. I went into the store and they said I must call tech support…they refused to even try. When I told them I wanted to trade it in for one of their new phones, they refused to do it. The worker at this store listed chairs for free and he gave me the address to pick up I drove all the way their and he sold them and he didn’t even tell me other people had the address he could’ve messaged me to save me a trip. Terrible customer service and wasted me gas money and time.

Had Vincent help me with transferring data from smashed iPhone to new. Cars smashed phone lost on the road, a ton of glass fell out, surprised SIM card could be recovered undamaged. He taught me a lot about the operation of the phone. Great experience.
