The Londonderry store is well managed, well stocked, and all my questions were answered. I needed a new phone and had them transfer all my info from my old phone, and it was done speedily. Friendly and very professional staff.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Verizon, particularly at one of their branches. I waited for nearly one and half hours at the location just to receive a transfer pen, but the staff member I had been waiting for never followed through. Not only was the wait excessive, but the attitude from the branch was also rude and unprofessional, lacking any sense of urgency or customer care. Do not go into this store unless you are buying something. Worst customer service I’ve been very experienced. From management down to there sales reps. They don’t like offering customer service/tech support. I wish I could give 0 stars. Shame on this store.

I love coming to this store; they have two amazing customer service people, Steven and Zach are amazing so helpful always they really know what they’re doing. They are so nice and humble. Every time I go there. However, there is one rude person there who doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Every time I’m there, someone else has to step in and fix her mistakes.
