I went to this Verizon store after a very poor experience from another store. Steve Norton, was so polite and helpful. He took the time to listen, help with my concerns and even escalated calls to help set up our office phone lines. I highly recommend this location, and especially Steve!

My daughter in law ordered new devices that were shipped to the wrong address. Steve at the Londonderry store returned them and then shipped them to the correct address. He was helpful and pleasant throughout the process. All of this was done with no charge, taking the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I’d say that’s great customer service.
This is the worst store, run by liars and cheating thugs. My mother in law visited in October 2025 to cancel grandma's phone line (because 96 year old grandma cannot remember what a phone is, or how to use it). My mother-in-law still had her own line and her family has been with Verizon for over 25 years. Store rep lied to her saying she has a free iPhone 16 Pro bonus on her account and she will receive money towards her old fully paid off iphone 12 pro as well. Terrible Store Experience: Manager Chris Showed No Professionalism I visited this Verizon store twice to pick up my iPhone order with full account access, valid ID, and even confirmation from Verizon customer service, yet Manager Chris and his team still denied the order. I was treated like a fraud, not a customer. Even the verified Verizon rep on call was dismissed as “not genuine.” After two trips, three hours waiting, and complete compliance, I left humiliated and unheard.
