Great phone service, but they will get you on every secret additional service and they will not tell you! Be very very weary when doing business with Verizon nowadays. It seems like they are super hungry to make every customer reap the stuff they do not sign up for. Very unprofessional explaining my problem and not offering a solution just telling me I am wrong. Love being treated like an idiot and feeling like I am being taken advantage of.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Verizon store recently. I came in needing help with my phone, and instead of actually assisting me, the staff just told me what to do — no effort to walk me through it, no follow-up questions, no real support. It felt like they wanted to get rid of me more than help me. To make things worse, the manager was literally playing a game on his phone while talking to me. Completely unprofessional. I'm absolutely disgusted with how downhill this store and Verizon have gone, especially in regards to their business side. It used to be worth paying a little extra money for peace of mind and better service. Evidently, that's no longer the case; other service providers have made headway and improved their coverage and services. Verizon NEVER let's me down. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. I tried other cell phone services, but I didn't stay with them. I am a lifer with Verizon. Excellent customer service and choice of phones, plans, etc.
