I went to this store at the direction of an online Verizon representative due to poor cell service and many attempts to fix the issues failed. So I drove 45 minutes to the store walked in and told them I was told to go there for help and stated why. Without even looking up my account to review notes I was told there was nothing they could do but maybe put in a ticket. Great phone service, but they will get you on every secret additional service and they will not tell you! Be very very weary when doing business with Verizon nowadays. It seems like they are super hungry to make every customer reap the stuff they do not sign up for. Very unprofessional explaining my problem and not offering a solution just telling me I am wrong. Love being treated like an idiot and feeling like I am being taken advantage of.
