I traded in my old phone that was glitching for the iPhone 16e. When I went to hand over my old phone Mariana was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Thankfully, I had previously been dealing with Yashraj. Although he was helping another customer, once he finished he was able to help me. He is knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer care. Yash was able to turn what started as a horrible experience into an outstanding one!
Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a phone provider. I got new phones with my family and my family went to a different location to activate their phones with no problem but this location told me they couldn’t and made me call their number. The moment I walked in they all had their heads down and were so avoidant. I’ve never walked into a place and not been greeted by their employees. Giving 4 stars because Stephen was great to work with as were the rest of the gentlemen. The girl with the long black hair needs an attitude adjustment, she obviously hates her job.
In great store, great people explant, knowledge Management's great, no work is great. They're very knowledgeable. I'm very understanding and help work with the customer been in there three times it has been great, thanks Jeff
