Don and Tristin was GREAT
Somehow we have had a very complex situation getting our phones changed over from another carrier. Marc has bent over backwards taking care of everything for us.
I am very surprised to see that this store has a 3.6 star rating after having stopped by twice in the last month. Both Yash and Isaiah were extremely helpful and informative. They have incredible patience and I am enjoying my new S25 that I got from them. 5 Stars.
I placed the order today at 10:00 AM (CST), but it is still listed as “in process.” I called the store to understand the delay and what options I had. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Both the manager, Dan, and the associate I first spoke with simply told me that “the system is down” and that there was nothing they could do.
