Received two new phones after speaking with business account contact and told I needed to take the phones to a store since I wanted to swap the phone numbers between the phones based on the models. If there is ONE thing you can count on with Verizon is that they INCREASE your bill EVERY MONTH without fail. You get NOTHING in return for the bill amount increase.....absolutely NOTHING. No improvement in service, no additional services, NOTHING.....but they sure push for automated bill pay! Very unsatisfactory experience with Verizon overall.
My experience here has been amazing. Mark and the others have been incredibly helpful over the last week. They all helped me order a new phone and IPad, helped me turn in my old one and then helped exchange my phone after I messed up picking the color. I keep my phones for a long time and I’m not good with getting a new one or electronics in general. I have not had any issues with any of them, we all joked and laughed as we got down to business. Verizon website wouldn’t accept my CC. Came in store- same deal online not available in store. Rep said he couldn’t do anything. Got my phone connected and left store. Charged for an upgrade fee. Got home and saw on my email the rep signed me up for Verizon’s care program 19.99 a month- I didn’t ask for it and it was not disclosed in person.
