Big shoutout to Dee Thomas !! He not only came in on his off day on a SATURDAY but he also stayed 2+ hours (we ran into difficulties) NEVER complained and reassured me the entire time he would get down to the bottom of it and HE DID!!! I came from a different store and had a HORRIBLE experience with the other store so when I spoke with Dee on the phone July 11th he told me come in next day and he will come in and make sure I leave with my devices and he DELIVERED!!
