Absolutely useless
I had an appointmeny scheduled to set up my new phone and transfer the stat from my old phone. I arrived 10 min early. Jessica was assigned to me and she was exceptionally rude and demeaning. She refused to make eye contact with me, interrupted me when I was answering her questions and treated me as if I was an idiot because I am not an expert regarding setting up a new phone. If you are considering doing business in this store, be careful. They don't listen to you. It doesn't matter what you need, what matters to them is what they have to sell. Be prepared for big surprises on your bill. I will send a letter today explaining the issue in full detail to Sowmyanarayan Sampath,
Johnathan is the BEST!!! Such a patient, kind, respectful, and helpful person! I had a great experience at this store and am super grateful :)
Staff here (Jessica) are rude & don’t listen to customers. All they do is regurgitate random policies without basic thinking or nuance. There also seems to be an expectation that customers be experts in Verizon’s many different plans. Idk how the person who “helped” me got so much praise in another review
