I see why they are rated so poorly. The customer service here is in the ground. I came to pick up my phone today and I waith 30 minutes at the door for someone to ask me ? While I see a old version member just talking with someone about stuff that should know be a conversation and with someone that is not even baying anything form the stores. I cancel my pick up and went to mall in Jersey and let me told you amazing customer service.

Not even three minutes in the store and this guy tells me it’s an activation fee per device if I do it in the store. When I placed this order with customer service, they never mentioned such a thing.
