Hit or miss when it comes to staffing. Either extremely helpful or completely rude. There is no in between. I know who the nice ones are so when I don't see them, I just walk out now. The rude ones are completely dismissive and checked out. One flat-out lied to me because when I went back on another day, the helpful staff actually confirmed what I thought was right and fixed the issue for me.
I’m having trouble calling into the store. Calls are going straight to customer support. Is there a preferred time that i should call back?
