I came to this Verizon in hoboken the lady was very unhelpful, rude I needed to replace a new Sim card but instead was more concern about paying my bill ,she wasn't discreet about it I think everybody in the store heard my past due amount.. I will never step into this store again.
I only have Wi-Fi at home every time I go to pay the bill everybody is sitting around. Nobody wants to help you go to the machine over 30 days. The machine doesn’t give you a receipt unreal not too happy my go back to optimum 🥲
Shout out to the friendly staff, they effectively and efficiently helped me complete the trade in of my old phone.
