One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. They provided little help, and minimal guidance. Their attitudes were appalling, acting as if we were inconveniences just for asking for help. I will never go back.
Absolute HORRIBLE experience 7/9/2025 - approx 5:50pm. I was the only customer there and there was one employee. This male employee couldn’t have been ruder and ended up not helping me at all. Instead, I called Verizon and they assisted me. This guy needs some serious customer service training. I’m a 15 year customer that is now looking elsewhere. Customer Service means a lot to me. This is the best Verizon store for customer service. John was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a new phone!
Terrible experience, the employee helping me was very nasty and rude to me and my mother. He was scary and acting like he was not right.. I will never be back to verizon and I have cancelled both my phone service and internet service through them because I am so displeased and disappointed with how we were treated. Be aware of the red head at this location: He is scary and rude.
