I wish I could give ZERO stars. The way I was treated by “Dan” if that’s his real name, and another associate was completely degrading and unacceptable! After having placed a pick up order with the 800 line I drove 30 minutes to pick up my phone case. Arriving 10 minutes before closing I was told I’d have to return the next day (another HOUR round trip) as my order was “pending.” One of the helpful associates, not sure his name, walked over to the display case and asked if it was the right one.
