Great experience. Came here after a bad experience at the Liberty Center (West Chester) store and Tam took amazing care of us. Got all of our phones upgraded and brought the bill down. Employees like Tam are why I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.

I recently visited your Middletown Verizon location to pick up a SIM card for my own device. I had done this exact process two months ago at the same store with no issue, it was a wonderful experience! This time, staff (Sadie) told me it wasn't possible and that I had to “call customer service.” No one offered to walk me through a solution or explain any policy change.
