Corporate really needs to take a look into the practices at this location. Management sits in the office and doesn't interact with customers , associates rip the customers off, and act like they know it all. I purchased two phones and decided I did not want them within less than 24 hours. Paid $253.00 up front, took them back and they tried to get me to pay to take them back. Lovely store. A sales associate that helped was Lauren. Lovely personality. I’m wheelchair bound, Lauren made us fill right at home. Took care of our unusual situation. Will not go anywhere else to get new phones. Customer for life, thanks to Lauren.
