I came here to get an explanation of charges on my bill. I’m waiting while people are getting sales pitches and examining different phones and discussing plans… My questions would take 5 mins at the most. Two men are leaning up against a display, just shooting the breeze, doing nothing of consequence. I asked if one of them could just explain my charges and was told that they are “managers.” I asked if helping me was beneath him and he said yes. No respect for customers’ time.
Super fast snd friendly service. Had an online order was ready at 9am just like they said.
Waited 30 minutes to be helped, eventually gave up and left
This is the first negative review I've ever written; I've written many positive ones. The service, and attitude I received from the night manager on Wednesday 6/18 was disgusting. After waiting a while, he walked by me and asked if everything was o.k. I replied "no". He just looked at me and walked away. I had been on hold with customer service for a half hour because the store staff couldn't figure out the promotion I was asking about( and showed them in my email) I'm sure Verizon will respond to this review and ask me to c... read more
