I came here to get an explanation of charges on my bill. I’m waiting while people are getting sales pitches and examining different phones and discussing plans… My questions would take 5 mins at the most. Two men are leaning up against a display, just shooting the breeze, doing nothing of consequence. I asked if one of them could just explain my charges and was told that they are “managers.” I asked if helping me was beneath him and he said yes. No respect for customers’ time.
Super fast snd friendly service. Had an online order was ready at 9am just like they said.
