A sales associate urged me to do direct withdrawals to save money. They restructured my whole account. In calling customer service they said they did it incorrectly and we never got the discount. I went into the store to ask and the sales associate there was beyond rude. Unwilling to even consider any wrongdoing and immediately wanted to argue. Stay away. They have misguided me multiple times now. What has happened to retail?!?!
