12/23/24 went to store for promotion of new pixel phones and new unlimited plans. We were told in lieu of international calling we would get $30 of credits a month to purchase apps etc. in play+ store. Subsequently saw my credit card was charged for the app purchases. Although we were credited the amount back when I spoke with Verizon, I learned that in order to get play+ (which Verizon considers a"perk") we had to pay $10 a line. This place is terrible. You will wait forever, even when there is hardly anyone there. They have 3 employees that will come out of the back to "check you in" but then they dissapear and leave the one employee who is actually working to be the only one to help the customers. There were 4 people in the store last time and I waited over 45 minutes. They also try to sell you on new plans and home internet EVERY time you walk in the door.
Great staff, hardly any wait time while picking up my new phone. Staff seemed actively engaged with customers.
