Took my mom's phone in that she had a virus on. I dont have Verizon, and haven't had in 20 years. But after the customer service I received with her phone the other day I was highly impressed. May have to make the switch. Had her phone fixed in about 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable, friendly service. Quick too. Thank you!
