Would recommend going to another phone service their signal sucks overpriced plans and as soon as I went to AT&T I no longer have access to online account which makes it harder to pay I cannot wait until I’m done paying my watch! I wish I could give them lower than 1 star. Please go anywhere else but this place.
After 7 hrs of great Verision assistance including quality Verision tech and 1 Samsung tech some help but not just fix but added virus from 3rd party. Took to Verision Victoria store tech folks ... Miranda fixed 1/2 then Trent full and final fix! Less than 30 minutes! Relief and clearer and found and saved $40/mo! Miranda 5! Trent 5!
I like this store everytime I or wife have problems with our phones we get it fixed and explain what the problem was fixed. We go and ask for Trent and this is one of the best tech I look for when I need help but there is a cupe of others too. The store manager is very helpful. Love My Verizon !!
This was by far the most efficient cellular phone store interaction I have ever had. My phone stopped working, and Trent was able to get me into a new phone and recover a lot of my data using various means. Very good experience.
