I came in 3 hours before closing the day before to upgrade my phone, waited 30 mins past closing to be told the transfer would take too long. Okay, I come back the next day, different people, told me they’re not willing to transfer my data because “it would take to long”. Thanks for wasting my time
They really take the time to help you set everything up and explain all your options. I was there for 3 hours recovering my account after I tried to switch to T-Mobile and hated it lol. I don’t recommend anything but Verizon now that I have experience in the competitors. Nana was the one who helped me and he was awesome! :)
