Go in and ask for Jordan if he’s in, he helped reduce my bill and went beyond to set me up for my business account
Went in the store to try and consolidate my husband’s plan with mine now that we are married. Instead of actually helping us, going over pricing of what it would cost to transfer the line, we were given a random phone number and told no one could assist us. I call the number and it was just an automated line asking me to take responsibility if the number to transfer over… no breakdown if cost which was my main question… this is ridiculous customer service especially for someone that’s been a customer for over 14 years.
Terrible employees
