My phone was not charging, charging port seemed blocked. With me needing a phone, I felt pressured/rush into the employee “completing the sale”…now not necessarily all of his fault, as he shared he had not gone to lunch, but was being told he needed to go to lunch to avoid overtime, despite being short-staffed. I had a modem shipped to this store. It was a minor problem wrong with the one that I ordered, but Daniel ensured that I had it replaced. He made sure that he had a solution before I left and he also apologized for my inconvenience. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this Verizon location.

Terrible service, employees do the bare minimum to help and push to call customer service for any questions you have. They’re don’t want you in there and make it clear that it is not their job to support you customer needs.

Thank you Shernavia! For your excellent customer service. She was kind, patient and very enjoyable. I look forward to this type of customer service. She even stayed behind a little just to make sure I was fully set up. Gave me an amazing plan for me and my daughter. Overall Im happy with my choice and look forward to having her as my go-to Verizon rep.
