It felt like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer about anything regarding our account. The associate seemed more concerned about his phone than getting mines straight. This store has more associates than other locations I’ve visited in the area. But the customer service is the worst.
The representative by the name of George was wonderful delightful excellent customer service and he know his job very intelligent. I am impressed with his performance. He made this progress, and transaction so easy thank you Verizon. Thank you George; Mr. George

Shout out to the techs at this store - i was dealing with a critical issue that went a week long and these technicians got me together. From ticket intake and assessment with Dajuan D. and support/troubleshooting with Truly Dae & Tristine Dunn, everyone here was truly amazing. With their help and support from a Tier 2 technician, we were able to get my phone back on track. Highly reccommend them. They're the best store in the city!
