I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store thanks to Jazz and Jay. Jazz assisted me first, and although Jazz is the manager, you wouldn’t know it by the way they worked alongside the team—treating staff with genuine respect and creating a very welcoming environment. And once again - this store proves it is one of the WORST places to manage/upgrade your account. Yesterday, I encountered an employee sleeping - yes, with head in folded arms - on the counter while an agent tried to work with me. Apparently, the gentle sounds of business being conducted were too much for her because she woke up, looked in our direction, rolled her eyes, and went back to sleep. Is anyone in charge of this lethargic and inconsiderate group of sales reps????!
I have been a Verizon customer for 15+ years. Recently went into this store to split off of my family plan and start my own, plus bring my husband onto the plan from a “lesser” carrier. ;) Jay was THE BEST - the process took a few days and multiple steps but Jay was always very communicative, gave us his personal number to be sure we always had a way to get in touch, and helped finalize the process without us even coming into the store! A++ customer service. Thanks Jay!
