I have visited this store on three occasions. I always receive great service. My problem, issue, or purchases are handled at the highest level of customer service from all the members of the team.

The first gentleman who helped us was great. Friendly, helpful, etc.. But the rest of the service was disappointing. Firstly, the store reeked of weed and the employees were loud and unprofessional. The woman who assisted us was distracted and rude, even answering a phone call briefly in the middle of our conversation. She was obviously uninformed about the store's policies and did little more than read from a script. Very poorly run store.

God awful service. All employees on their phones. When I actually talked with someone, couldn’t answer my questions. Apparently you cannot cancel Verizon service at a Verizon store and have to call - very logical decision on Verizon’s part, if this is actually true. Avoid.

Bad vibes. Not helpful at all. They have no coordination with the corporate. Just kept saying no over and over again. Even though I verified the upgrade information. Such a waste of time!
