They are rude in this store. Not helpful at all

James and George are absolutely amazing. Someone hijacked mine and my boyfriend’s phone numbers and we were completely without phones. We showed up two minutes before close and they generously stayed over an hour late to assist us. It was a long and complicated process and they were incredibly kind, patient and competent. Stellar customer service. They both deserve a raise.
I came into the Verizon store on November 4th around 4pm to replace a lost iPhone and update my service plan, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The technician who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. From the moment we began the interaction, he seemed irritated and disinterested in assisting me.
