Don’t recommend visiting this location at all.
Walked two miles to get my eSIM activated. Arrived at 6:30pm and it was already closed and locked down even though hours said open until 7pm and the Verizon rep told me to go to this location.
I came at 6:24pm to doors locked and 3 team members about to walk out as I was coming to the door. They said they close at 6. If this is the case why does it say 7:00 pm on google and store hours. I came all the way from across town to get serviced just for them to tell me they close at 6 but store hours says 7. And to send me across town to Howell mill. The inconvenience.
First I want to say that I've been with Verizon for over 15 years, and normally I do business in Athens, GA at the Gaines School Road location, and I always have amazing service and never get duped. However, we were in Atlanta and needed to get our business done. I went in to this store with my son to trade in his old phone for a new one as we had an upgrade. I've always avoided verizon due to everytime I go into there store the employees be solo rude but today I got the best experience from Mikayla and cherry they entire staff was solo nice and patient the atmosphere was nice friendly and happy thanks this will always be my go to store
