THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW IS FOR THE STORE 123 PERIMETER CENTER WEST. THE REP JEREMY PUT A FRAUDULENT LINE ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH COST ME 900 DOLLARS. THE SERVICE IS SO BAD AT THAT STORE THEY TURNED OFF THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I went into Verizon on Friday after dropping my phone in a puddle and was trying to figure out my options. Unfortunately, instead of thoroughly reviewing my account and helping me understand all available solutions, the representative immediately focused on me upgrading my phone and told me I would need to pay off the remaining balance before getting a new device. I came into the store frustrated, and the team in Verizon was a huge hepl. Gisse Lurlay in particular saved the day and got me set up on my new phone. He stayed after close to help me set up, and would highly recommend his services to others.
