Absolutely appalled at this store and both of its “managers”. I’ve taken a photo of both of them as well as formally filed a complaint with Verizon about their misconduct. I spent 4 hours at another location with very friendly helpful staff only to be sent here because I needed a cooperate override code to activate my phone. Needed some assistance with trading a phone in. Brandon and Steve were the absolute best!! They were so patient, nice, and helpful. They both went above and beyond to get me online. Thank you so much guys!!!!
I wish that I could give zero stars. I am having technical issues with my phone and one of the reps would not let me sign in. She advised that I am describing a manufacturer issue and that I need to find a phone repair place. I informed her that I pay for the highest monthly warranty and she advised that the warranty is not for the issues im describing. I have never seen anything like this. I definitely will not be coming back to this store and may just leave Verizon all together.
