Zay provided excellent customer service at Verizon. She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in setting up my iPad and wireless connection. She was also very honest and upfront about all the charges, there was no hidden surprises. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate Zay’s professionalism and support. Highly recommended! 😌

Horrible customer service to whoever is there today if you dont like your job find another one. Paying customers dont have fault on where you at in life. You need to be fired.

This individual’s demeanor exemplifies a negative attitude. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted. I had come in to drop off equipment from a canceled service. Her attitude and dialogue were combative and aggressive. The store had just opened, and what could have gone wrong in 30 minutes. I understand why the store’s rating is 3.4. I guarantee that she is a significant factor in the low rating. This is also the reason why I will be canceling my business lines. I will not tolerate rude service.

I visited this store and the funny thing is this young lady was smiling at me while I was walking on the outside of the store. Once entered the store she actually ended up being the person to help me. Her name is Zay and she has such a great personality and demeanor. I went in to add a new line and upgrade a phone. She was patient, knowledgeable and detailed. I recommend asking for Zay and Im sure you will have an excellent customer experience! Thanks!
