Nothing personal to this store, Verizon sucks. Don’t do it.
Awful customer experience. Don't go here. They can't help with a multitude of account related requests/issues. The staff are not helpful or transparent. Some of the issues may not be on the staff and are likely due to training issues and corporate policy. Regardless, the service here is poor and does not resolve many issues unless you're buying a new device right then and there.
