You have to log in to report potential fraud from someone purporting to be a Verizon agent. Obviously, they could care less about the security of their platform. And the response to a report of suspected fraud is a recommendation to click a link that is not even in a Verizon domain? You can't make this crap up.
Store was closed at 6:23 - salesperson just waved “nah” through the window & tried to yell something at me. Store hours list 7pm. Not a holiday today, just a huge waste of my time.

This Verizon is by far the WORST! With the exception of the ONE man who helped us, the other two employees were horrible. I even witnessed them taking FOREVER to get to two other customers and they walked out immediately. So as my brother and I received new phones from them, we tried to trade them in. They said we didn’t need to. They said that we had 30 days to trade them in. But they NEVER explained why that was important. They never explained the $800 credit we would receive for the phones.
