Good customer service
My daughter went in today with a phone that was not functioning. The screen was going haywire and somehow locked her out entirely. The person who helped her was totally dismissive, wouldn't let her finish a sentence and wouldn't make eye contact. She said she wished I was there, as she was sure he'd have to listen to me. She's at college and I'm 500 miles away. I've been with verizon for 25 years and I can promise you there won't be 26... Here we go..." I'm sorry you're experience was less than satisfactory....." Save it...
Why don’t Verizon.com have a review section. I believe there are so many customers like myself that have issues and want to voice them and make them be known. Why have Verizon limited their customer service to little to 0. But still wanting us to do ratings. Why is there a charged of $10 to schedule and type of arrangement or make any type of transaction with a rep. This is highway robbery. I’m so sick of these unnecessary charges.
