I had 5G home internet…. Nothing but problems 1st internet box I received didn’t work took it back they then upgraded me to a supposedly better 5G fios version they had a technician come set it up he put his own passwords when setting it up I could never make myself the primary account holder because of what he did I was never able to sign up for autopay, then it was constant problems with the internet box always losing connection or just no connection period I finally had enough and cancelled my internet upon doing so they ... read more
Everyone is so knowledgeable and fixed my problem so quickly and efficiently!
Worse place to do business. Switched from spectrum and was told they would pay off phones from spectrum however, it was never done.
Walked n no real greeting and some dude name Johnny need to step it up I walked n dude looked right at me said nothing I walk out walk in and he is immediately helping a MEXKIN family I get it Verizon I’m feeling a way I’ll pass t mobile is across the street I’m the girl in the yellow shirt and red shoes
