Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had inside a store. The employees are incompetent and have literally zero understanding of their own company. Walked in and an old lady was already in tears because of the putrid service here. Was there for four hours and received nothing. I’d rather switch companies than ever go in here again.
I brought my WiFi router to this store because I switched to AT&T WiFi which is way better. They told me I would have to call Verizon to cancel my internet and come back. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just done that for me, don’t they work for Verizon?! After we finally were able to drop the router off after sitting on hold forever to cancel it, what should have taken literally 1 second to just drop a router off for some reason took a half hour. Had appointment. Wanted to deal with a line transfer with a person. Was given a piece of paper with a phone number to call. Waste of my time and still had problems transferring number. Verizon continues its downward spiral.
