Alfonso and Wen came to the rescue when the Apple Store couldn’t do my ATT to Verizon transfer. Alfonso is top notch at what he does! Appreciate you guys for sticking w me through the complexity.
Anthony, thanks for hanging in there with me. You renewed my faith. Tenacity, sense of humor and some humanity. Good mix Sir.
Wonderful experience! Very helpful!
Richard and Jorge are Genius!^
I went to this store couple of months ago to disconnect my internet. They said they can’t do without PIN numbers. I try multiple pin numbers. I spent couple hours. They said they can’t do any without PIN numbers. I left the place. After couple of weeks, I went to Verizon store in El Cerritos Plaza, they asked me for my identification and disconnected my internet. Very dishonest store Corte Madera store. Please don’t go there.
