1 Star – Unacceptable customer service and zero accountability I almost never write reviews, but this store absolutely earned one. I ordered an upgraded phone online on December 15. Verizon shipped it to the wrong address—their error, not mine. I'm absolutely appalled at the rude and unreasonable behavior of the manager of this store. After spending LITERALLY 7 hours in one day on the phone with Verizon support I was instructed to visit this store in order to complete my transaction. While waiting I heard nothing but complaints from every other customer who had been waiting. My recent visit to the Corte Madera store, which is NOT a corporate store but a Dealer store. I had a similar outcome to the other reviews. Sadly the "Manager" as he referred to himself many times during our interaction had a very condescending tone and even rolled his eyes as I spoke to him. I believe his name his Amin or Yamin, he showed me his name tag quickly, and told me to go ahead a complain about my experience with him. I guess this is a common issue with him.
