Quick and easy service. I returned a phone and it only took about ten minutes to do it.
I am really upset how I was treated. I went in there to get a new screen cover for my phone. I asked them to put it on for me and they said they would. I noticed that there was some air under the screen protector and ask them to fix it. They said they did then when I went outside I noticed it was still there. My husband went back in and talked to the manager and she said that they would not fix it. We upgraded iPhones using the trade in program - the rep must have executed the upgrade incorrectly because he promised that our bill would be reduced and our account would be credited once the trade ins processed. Almost 7 months later, the trade in value has not been credited. Verizon if you see this please help. We’ve tried calling multiple times, been transferred and hung up on more than I can count.
