Clean store and helpful staff. Open until 800pm which is nice.
The manager Carlos was so helpful and clear about what the issue was porting my number over. I was worried about going to this location because of past reviews, but I had a good experience and wanted to share. Went at 11 on a Monday and only waited 15 min for help.
Ismael at the Verizon store was very helpful and solved a problem quickly that 2 tech people on the help line couldn’t fix in an hour and a half. Apple couldn’t figure it either. He solved it in less than 5 minutes. He deserves a raise
I had a fantastic experience with James at this Verizon location. He walked me through all the options, was patient and thoughtful with my questions, and incredibly knowledgeable about my Apple device, other devices I was considering, Apple ID, and how everything worked with Verizon. My phone broke entirely and I was stressed upon entering the store, but I left in a great mood with all my questions answered.
