The store is modern and well-lit, with plenty of demo units available so you can get a hands-on feel for the latest devices before making a decision. I’ve found the staff to be tech-savvy and capable of breaking down complex plan options into something much easier to understand, which is helpful when you’re trying to balance data needs with a budget.

He is one of the reasons that my frustration with the whole cellular phone issue that I had did not boil over and end up me leaving Verizon for another cell phone provider. if you need help in purchasing a phone or supplies, ask for Emily. She is so knowledgeable patient friendly and such an asset to this Verizon store. She went above and beyond to get us the best deals Verizon had to offer. We bought two new phones because of Emily. She was not pushy but definitely sold us on these new phones. Thanks so much Emily!!
