After messing up my order I tried to fix and cancel order through the Verizon assist with no luck. My time frame to cancel was gone I went back to them to get help. I got no help because my ID was expired but didn't seem like a problem when purchasing an item. Only help I got was that useless call in number.
Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other carrier. Offered me a great up front deal to switch including a new iPhone, etc. 2 weeks later a 2nd phone I never ordered shows up in the mail, which I inform them of right away and they assure me will be taken care of. Nope, my next bill is for $450 including the new line and phone I didn’t order. Verizon now insists no fraud was committed and even though they got their 2nd phone back, my bill for next month is over $1000 because they are trying to charge me for the phone I... read more
