Great service great people extremely helpful
Upgraded my phone and there was a glitch when transferring information from the old phone to the new phone and it ended up being locked. The “ child” working that day refused to listen to me as to what the issue was. He continued to talk down to me with an arrogant attitude and told me since the phone was locked he couldn’t help me but if I came back in 6 hours he might be able to help. ( lock time was 6 hours). New employers do not receive sufficient training so they quote incorrect pricing and then don't honor the prices originally quoted. I got really taken advantage of and will never visit this store again due to their deceptive sales practices.
