Shaming people and putting people down for doing their business online and not in there store is predatory. Save you mental health find another store. These workers are the worst. And they will take advantage if they can. Don't let your people go alone.

I don't know how they have my review removed, but i will keep reposting it. This is not a corporate store anymore. These guys don't actually exist to help you they only exist to change your plan and get commission from verizon. Went in to pay for my bill and instead of just letting me do that, they went through my plan trying to sell me on upgrades and changes.I didn't actually want. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
