First time in this one very good people. The guy held me with all my needs good service. The problem is accounting they keep charging me laid.Feed that I all ready paid 2 months ago. 🤔
Be careful when dealing with this store. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years and have used the Westlake location multiple times over the past few years to upgrade phones on our business account. Each time, we were told they were simply upgrading our existing lines and plans. Dropped off the Verizon router. The support people were very friendly and napped the process go quickly.
Place is awful. Changed my plan they can't even understand the questions I'm asking and claiming I didn't buy my phone here when I have the bag and recipet from a week ago lol. Literally other people here next to me with the same problems upset.
Be very aware when dealing with these local Verizon stores. We had 4 lines on a business account. We needed to upgrade our phones, so over the past 4 years we’ve been occasionally stopping in to upgrade our phones individually. Apparently, every time they upgraded our phones they added additional lines and charged us for phones we never received.
