This Verizon store is a joke. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It was obvious from the moment I walked in that they had zero interest in helping unless there was a way for them to make money Simple questions were met with attitude, eye rolls, and half-answers. No effort, no problem solving, no customer service . I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a retail store. Verizon should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this location. Plenty of other stores do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Best Verizon experience! We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and dreaded having to switch to a new Unlimited plan. In the past the cost went up, they tried to selling things you didn't need or want and the staff were not helpful. Totally different experience today, Joseph at the Westgate store was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
