1 Star is too much for this. I may sound crazy, but we went here to activate my son's new phone..and Matt erased my DAUGHTER's data. After this, he was rude enough to my wife that my SON called me to come form work to assist. Matt has already been pulled into the backroom by GM, Kevin by the time I arrived. Kevin and Brian could nto resatore the phone, so after 3 hours, my Son's new phone was still not activated, and my dughter lost 5 years of pictures, videos and contacts. First time in this one very good people. The guy held me with all my needs good service. The problem is accounting they keep charging me laid.Feed that I all ready paid 2 months ago. 🤔
Be careful when dealing with this store. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years and have used the Westlake location multiple times over the past few years to upgrade phones on our business account. Each time, we were told they were simply upgrading our existing lines and plans. What we later discovered is extremely concerning: instead of upgrading our current lines, they had been adding new phone lines to our account without clearly informing us. Dropped off the Verizon router. The support people were very friendly and napped the process go quickly.
Place is awful. Changed my plan they can't even understand the questions I'm asking and claiming I didn't buy my phone here when I have the bag and recipet from a week ago lol. Literally other people here next to me with the same problems upset.
