Mr Terry Ford beyond scammed me in this store, so I came in wanting to upgrade to the iPhone 17 pro max and we couldn’t do it till I had my other phone there which wasn’t a problem. So we spoke about my internet being slow with Verizon. Well here’s the good part he told me “I’ll help you out, and just give you a new modem as a new purchase” well looking at my account my internet I’ve had for 2 years now at 350 MBs got downgraded to the lowest one. Utterly horrible. I asked to trade in my phone for a new one. Biggest mistake was listening to them. I ended up with 2 phone line for myself. One for my old phone and one for my new. All they thought about was the quick sale. Probably got paid more because of new line? I don’t know how these people sleep calmly at night. Supposedly given free insurance for a month, then find out not. BE SURE TO CALL VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER LEAVING STORE. I MISSED OUT ON $600 BECAUSE OF THIS.
Disappointed! Can't buy refurb discount phones. Need to order online and wait for delivery.
