Whatever you do, do not sign up for a business account with Mario. He overpromises and greatly under-delivers. He told us that the best part of having is a business account is that we get him. In all honesty, that is the absolute worst part of all of this. He is unresponsive and we are being charged much more than was originally stated. Nobody in the store is able to assist because it is a business account, but our business rep (Mario) has disappeared.
The entire staff and the store are fantastic. The management team is excellent.
The last thing anyone wants to do at the end of a long work day is add one more “thing to do” before the day ends. We had a question about a plan adjustment and made an appointment for 6pm. No delay in getting started right at 6pm with Rashaan Rabb. He was the guy we needed to see that we didn’t know we were going get to see! He just made things easy, smiled, wasn’t annoyed in any way, and offered to assist us in 6 months when our plan changes again. I came into this Verizon store looking for help getting a new phone. The employee who checked me in (the guy with grey hair) was incredibly rude. I asked for assistance, and instead of helping me or connecting me with someone who could, he simply told me to call 611. I politely asked if he could help me in the store, but he again told me to call the number. When I asked why he couldn’t assist me, he kicked me out of the store.
