WARNING: It's not a Verizon company store! They can break all the rules and do as they like. They wouldn't stand up to Verizon's guarantee and I lost $150.00.

Just not a store as advertised. I had to make an appointment and wait just to purchase a case.
This is the worst store I have ever been to. The employees know absolutely nothing about phones or customer service. After two hours of “help,” they just left us and walked away. Total unprofessionalism and disregard for customers. I will never come back here again and will switch my carrier.
