The folks at this location have always been helpful. I had the hardest time with transferring my mother’s phone from T-Mobile and the staff were patient and compassionate to my situation. Thank you for always providing the best customer service!

If I could explain the staff and support in this store, it would be the word farce. Incompetence to the point of absurdity. I went in with a phone and during my 7.5 hours in this store they managed to lock the phone I brought in and turn it into a “lemon” as they called it, lose the e sim to another phone, and disconnect and lose a line to a phone we weren’t even working on. Also, the back room smells like Mary Jane.

I had a complicated phone number porting issue when switching my family from another service provider to Verizon. My son’s number was accidentally ported to a new phone that was still at home, while he was away at college and his old phone had no service. Mr. Thaddeous P. at this store was incredibly patient and helpful. He walked me through the entire process step by step and even worked with me while I was remotely connected with my son to transfer his number back to his old phone. I went in to buy a power bank for my cell phone. The store is depressing. It used to be much nicer. I prefer Verizon retail stores. Much better customer service and a more pleasant environment. Their customer service could be better also. It's not a happy place to go.
