Rude and not helpful
I know it’s Christmas time and I know Verizon is busy. However, on December 14, 2024 at 11:30 AM I walked into this store. Not one person acknowledges your existence. There were about 10 of us that just walked in. We’re waiting for Assistance. Nobody talk to us. Well after 45 minutes they decided to just pick a random person out of the line to assist. I told the gentleman hey I was here first he said hey I’m going to take care of her first. Ridiculous.
