We were in the store recently to get a new tablet, as well as to ask some questions about a phone we had previously purchased. Travis was the associate who assisted us, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made a very good recommendation on the tablet and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. In addition, he discovered and corrected some billing-related issues that we were unaware of. We were very appreciative of the excellent customer service that Travis provided.

I want to give a shout out to Travis Boyd for the great service he provided when we were in the store at the end of April. We came in just 24 hours before an international trip with a phone issue that looked like it could potentially put the trip in jeopardy.
