Despite calling beforehand and then saying it wouldn’t be a problem for me to give them a phone to trade in employees locked the door in my face before close and refused to open it up again.
Ashton, Curtis and TJ were awesome today. They worked persistently with numerous members of the Verizon fraud team to restore our cellular service and access. It would have taken us days and hours of phone calls to resolve this without them. Highly recommend these guys for all of your Verizon needs - we are so thankful for them. It's further than other Verizon stores for me and I am not an Arboretum fan, but I'll be returning here for all of my future Verizon business. Thank you Thank you Thank you
Gave me the wrong product and tried to charge a 50 dollar restocking fee when I tried to exchange it.
We upgraded to a new phone last week and our new phone journey was made so much easier and more enjoyable thanks to Erik, who really cared about our customer experience. He worked to help in every way and he was happy to answer all our questions. Erik, thanks for making this an easy process!!
