I would highly recommend this store. All of the employees were so nice. A big shout out to Brandon, who helped me change my carrier. . He was kind, patient and answered all my questions.
Absolutely terrible customer service at this Verizon location. I placed a curbside pickup order and when I arrived on March 11th at 10:50am there was only one curbside spot, which I couldn’t fully fit into because of how another car was parked. I parked directly next to the curbside space and called the store to let them know I was there. They told me they’d be right out. If you want to be treated like you are absolutely bothering somebody, and the quicker you leave and quit talking to me so that I can get back to whatever I was doing, the better—if that's how you want to be treated, make sure to come to this corporate store. From now on, I will be going to the one over office 6, even if I have to drive 45 minutes across town. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with Verizon, especially whenever you're buying thousands of dollars worth of devices.

Had a great experience at this location. Willy ( William R.) is excellent with his customer service. He takes the time to explain everything in detail; including upgrade options, various plans and phone features. Does a great job answering all questions and takes the time to listen to any concerns. I highly recommend this location but ask for William!
