Extremely mean and unprofessional people. 10 people in the store chilling like flies and don’t wanna talk about anything, have no solution to the problems and very rude with their behavior, very unpleasant experience
I’ve come on 2 occasions and neither time has solved my problem. I recommend going to a different location. Several workers available and no one willing to help. Tried to use phone insurance but no help.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Verizon store. The service completely changed once the contract was signed and the money was taken. Before that, they were eager to help and answer questions, but afterward it felt like they wanted nothing to do with resolving issues or providing support. Every time I went back for help, I was brushed off or told to call someone else instead of receiving real assistance in the store.
