After opening an additional phone line on our plan at this location, my husband’s identity was stolen and someone opened a $12000 line of credit with Verizon 2 weeks later. They would not tell us what was purchased, which location allowed this, or what form of ID they checked to even allow such a purchase to be made. We still are unsure which employee here stole my husband’s identify and several thousand from us, but please freeze your credit the second you leave this store if you must use this location.
Went in to see about an upgrade to add an Apple Watch and 5 or 6 sales people sitting around staring at their phones. No one offered to help. Needless to say I went elsewhere for my upgrade!
Ryan is SO PLEASANT. I showed up with a bunch of non-transacting needs for my work phone account that took well over an hour. Not once did Ryan make me feel like a burden and we chopped it up for a bit while we had to wait on updates. Had great conversation and now I am considering switching my family’s personal plan over from Spectrum, simply because of my interaction with Ryan Lincoln. That’s again brother!
Don't do it!!! The staff here are awful. As others have said, the staff are very dismissive to the point of being rude if you are there for any reason that doesn't involve buying a new phone or signing up for a new phone plan. The manager went so far as to tell me multiple times that it is not her responsibility to know what is in the terms and conditions of the phone plan contracts that she and her staff are signing customers up for.
