Always great and friendly service. Update: We had a wonderful experience today with one of the associates, Taylor. I can't express enough how helpful the in person experience was. Aside from Verizon's technical service, this is the reason why I am loyal to Verizon.
Worst salesman - the young man did not look up from his cell phone,and just walked away without a word. A second salesman came up and I was able to get my charging cord, but planned obsolescence makes these products more expensive than they need to be.
Stay away from them at all costs
I just wanted to give a special shout-out to the incredible customer service we received from Tim. My family and I love our phones, but most importantly we loved our experience. Tim could not have been more professional and thorough. He is easily the best wireless sales expert we've ever met and I confidently recommend his expertise! Thanks again Tim for all your help!!
