Terrible service
What an amazing day for Fanstic customer service.... Woke up Monday morning to my phone being completely fried. Went to the Verizon store in Cary and Shanni, was very helpful. The 30.00 fee for set up is a very fair price. However, Shanni made the process so easy and she went above the call of duty to help me. I forever thankful for her great service. I would definitely recommend asking for her. Kudos to her for Amazing service.
