We never had a problem with verizon for nearly 25 years, but with their declining service (it's been absolutely horrible since switching to 5G) where we live and need our phones the majority of the time, we decided to switch. This store employs incompetent individuals, and the management team has no respect for your time. We came in due to a billing issue that AI told us we would need to visit the store in person for. Our bill was over-charged $1,000. We waited over 2 hours to get the issue resolved that the staff blamed on a former employee. It is worth the drive to visit another location.

I had a terrific experience at this location. My sales rep was Storm and he did a fantastic job assisting me with my purchase of a new phone. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store for all your phone needs

Walked in when they open at 10am to turn in my old phone that simply needed dropped off. There were 2 employees helping customers already and I was told to wait. I waited for over 20 minutes for a 3rd employee to come out from the back and process my return in less than a minute. Wasted 20 minutes for no reason.

Unfortunately, they cannot seem to get my billing straightened out. I was promised a certain rate to get me to switch to Verizon Business but they have failed to honor their price quotation EVERY month. Discounts that they apply simply disappear from bill to bill, causing frustration and anger. It's not just the money, it's the huge waste of time from their incompetence. Save yourself your sanity and shop elsewhere!!!
