I went in to ask about billing. The young man I had was short at best ended up telling me I was quite rude.i was asking questions that he couldn't answer .then he hooked me up to veri,on from the store to online help.then a repairman started grinding and I couldn't hear I asked a girl clerk if she could ask him to stop she was short to and said he has a job to do. This store convinced me to switch from a consumer account to a business account because they said the bill would be $35 lower. Unfortunately, my bills have been $100 higher. Bait and switch... What a scam!
Worst experience of my life. Salesman just wanted to be argumentative then push issues off on co-workers. They don’t care that you are paying for a new device and want what you want. Really should have switched to AT&T and after I pay off these devices, I probably will.
