Just about every time I go in here is the most miserable experience I could imagine. Between the incredibly slow and arduous process of just getting somebody to talk to you. And if you bought a phone 6 months ago, you can surely bet that they'd no longer carry any accessory for that phone now. This place is truly here to sell you whatever came out this year and that's it. This place is genuinely worse than a doctor's office.

Husband and I went in for the new iPhone 18. Store manager was awesome and so was our rep Terry. We were helped right away. Excellent customer service!
Brooke Stratton is amazing! After hours upon hours on the phone with tech support trying to fix an issue we had, Brooke went above and beyond to fix issues we were told could not be fixed by tech support. I have been with Verizon for 35 years and was about to lose my mind and find a new provider until Brooke spent an entire evening and then the next morning resolving the issues. Thank you Brooke!
Absolutely perfect experience. I had a mess on my hands after trying to migrate four lines over through Verizon customer service online (should have just went straight to the store). Called over to the store and made an appointment with the phone Wizard Jason. This guy knows his stuff and was awesome! Jason walked me through the process so I knew what was happening and made sure everything worked perfectly before I left the store.
