This store convinced me to switch from a consumer account to a business account because they said the bill would be $35 lower. Unfortunately, my bills have been $100 higher. Bait and switch... What a scam!
Worst experience of my life. Salesman just wanted to be argumentative then push issues off on co-workers. They don’t care that you are paying for a new device and want what you want. Really should have switched to AT&T and after I pay off these devices, I probably will.
I went in with no intentions of switching from AT&T just had a few questions. i was completely blown away by the customer service so I switched. it was like night and day... The people at the AT&T store wouldn't even help me call tech support -- just gave me the number to call but Kaleena & crew helped fix my issue without even pressuring me to switch. So naturally i switched. Thanks again guys!!!
