Absolutely perfect experience. I had a mess on my hands after trying to migrate four lines over through Verizon customer service online (should have just went straight to the store). Called over to the store and made an appointment with the phone Wizard Jason. This guy knows his stuff and was awesome! How you going to start taking care of someone that came in after me! And apparently that takes 2 employees as well! I've been with you for 6 years and and am ready to leave you for someone else! Then told me I couldn't get my loyalty discounts back for 2 to 3 billing cycles my bill if I keep Verizon will be going up over 80 dollars!
