Went in having trouble with my s25 ultra was told my warranty was out because it was over a year I knew I didn't have the phone that long. He set me a time to have a repair done in perrysberg at 12 got their it was closed had to wait an hour then had to go to maumee only to find out the guy at the findlay location lied about what was going on with my phone so it turned into a wasted 4 hours and 50 dollars in gas. What a waste will not suggest anyone to go to this location.

We never had a problem with verizon for nearly 25 years, but with their declining service (it's been absolutely horrible since switching to 5G) where we live and need our phones the majority of the time, we decided to switch. This store employs incompetent individuals, and the management team has no respect for your time. We came in due to a billing issue that AI told us we would need to visit the store in person for. Our bill was over-charged $1,000. We waited over 2 hours to get the issue resolved that the staff blamed on a former employee. It is worth the drive to visit another location.
