The people were rude and wouldn't help us. We have called 4 times trying to switch providers and it has never worked.
Verizon sucks, they make it almost impossible to pay your bill online, constantly have to change the password and reset account and still cannot get in to pay the bill. The service is supposed to be 5G and it is dialup slow at times. Constant problems

Quick to take your money, then push a 1-800 number on you when device they just sold you does not work..also not 1 employee had any info or knowledge on business accounts or products offered
