Horrible experience. The associate added a bunch of things saying it would be free but it wasn’t and has caused several months over charges. I wish I never got a new phone through this store. The associate was trying to make commission and LIED
Had a wonderful experience at Verizon, the staff was very patient and provided the best service I have seen! Shout out to Rey and the manager, what a great team!
