Went into this location yesterday to try and resolve connection issues, had a hard time communicating with what had appeared to be the manager, I tried explaining that I've been experiencing connection problems in which he appeared to not have care, he apparently tried to troubleshoot my phone without my permission, in which I asked for his name and said he was the manager and didn't have to disclose his name. In which I feel that's very rude and unprofessional.
I happened to walk into this corporate store in hopes of resolving esim issues I've had for several months. I was greeted by a gentleman as well as the manager in which he refused to give me his name as I tried explaining my situation. This isn't the first bad experience I've had in this store. Just happened to be in the area and figured let me try to resolve my esim issue to no avail. Guess I'll be searching for a new phone carrier.
Went in because my phone didn’t work. Got talked into two upgrades to iPhone 17. Said it wouldn’t only be like 8 dollars more a month and a new case. End of deal it’s 100 per phone so 200 dollars. Month later my bill has increased by 400 dollars in one time charges for upgrades and credits and stuff they can’t even explain. Tried walking into this store to exchange my new iPhone for the same exact phone with more storage. An employee at this store stated that I would need to return my current/new phone and wait two weeks for the phone with more storage to be shipped to the store… employee said it’s normal for customers to wait 7-14 days without a phone. Right after went to a different store and they said the employee misinformed you. Do NOT go to this store as they are not fully aware of exchange/upgrade protocols and procedures.
