This is by far the worst verizon store. If ur looking for good services this isnt the place to come. They had me standing waiting meanwhile I didn't know I had to check in cause no one even spoke or said hello while walking in. Verizon is not where customers should come for lessons on a phone,tablets etc this place is a place to get service from. As I was there for 45mins almost as the workers were on there own phones instead of helping customers who had been waiting. And my question is are u best buy giving lessons on how t... read more

Updated this review to 3 stars after a positive service recovery call shortly after my in-store experience. The 30 minute wait time + being directed to customer service via phone (while in the store) to drop off a router was aggravating, especially since a new router was picked up in-store the week prior with no mention of calling to request disconnection prior to dropping off the old device. The customer service received via phone support was excellent. The in-store experience left something to be desired.
