I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Verizon store. I was told by one representative that if I paid off my T-Mobile phone, I’d be able to use Verizon’s network immediately. That turned out to be false—I was locked out and told I’d have to wait 90 days before my phone could be unlocked and used on Verizon. To work around this, I got a temporary phone, but it didn’t function properly. I didn’t receive notifications or messages from friends, family, or even hospital appointments. They couldn't even accept my old internet box that I needed to turn in due to receiving a new one. They gave me a label and told me he didn't even ask me. To take it to FedEx. They also said I could get a box at FedEx or maybe find one at home that they didn't have one. I am very disappointed with customer service.
If you need help from Verizon.. this is the store. Was helped by several employees but Joe is the man who did the heavy lifting. Thank you to everyone down there. You guys made my daughters day. From now on I will drive an hour to see you.
I stopped by after work on 7/6, I wanted to trade in my phone since I had an upgrade. Corey greeted me upon entering the store. He was super helpful in helping me trade in my old phone for a newer model. He was friendly, efficient and informative. He made my trade in process run smoothly and helped me understand the terms of the new upcoming bills to follow with the trade in. I wish I could leave a review for IRVINE individually. I received a text for a survey but the name listed was not Irvine. I dropped my phone in the river on the 4th of July. I went in expecting to spend money. But Irvine and his colleague (I don’t know his name) both tried to find the best way to help me not spend as much as I was anticipating.
