The Verizon store in Woodbury is a fabulous resource for purchasing items or troubl shooting issues. The staff are knowledgeable and supportive, clearly explaining the complexities within the phone, Hotspot and contract solutions. I have purchased multiple devices/plans from this facility & I highly reccomend this location to friends and family. On a second note it saddens me that I am loosing my loyal customer discount. I worked with Kris Garcia at the Woodbury store to resolve a frustrating return situation. He reassured me from the beginning that he would figure out the problem and he did. He was excellent to work with. Friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store, and I’m honestly frustrated enough to write a review. I tried getting help twice, and both times I was basically brushed off. Each time I needed assistance, I was made to wait while the staff seemed more focused on themselves than on customers.
