I had the best experience today with Kristian at Verizon Woodbury store. He removed all the stress I had of buying a new phone. My husband and I both purchased phones and Kristian researched what the best solution would be in our product solution. He is so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and most importantly, he made us feel comfortable through the whole process. He's a great salesman and customer service representative. I worked with Cam A. tonight while purchasing a new phone and switching from T-Mobile to Verizon, and I couldn't be more impressed. Cam was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to throughout the entire process.
