I had a wonderful experience with the Batavia Verizon store people Kameron, Yanni, James, Aldo, Doran, Chris. Each one of these skilled people helped me in a final success with a cell phone that was dysfunctioning. Everyone had a piece to this puzzle. They all worked very well together to ultimately helped the me as the customer get a successful and result. Thank you, Verizon team.

I recently went to this Verizon to get a huge problem fixed between an ex and having to separate our phone line. the professionalism kindness and care that the team displayed, was really sweet and respectful and I appreciated that. I just wanted to write a review for the kindness of the team and being so gentle during the difficult time of having to get things figured out. Duran especially was a huge reason as to why things got done, smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Worked with Kameron to upgrade my daughter's and my mother's phones. He was super-helpful and explained everything - esp. to my mom who hadn't upgraded since iPhone 5. Will definitely work with him again. This is a Corporate store - make sure you go to a Verizon corporate store since licensee stores can run overcharge you on hidden fees.
