Gas is $5 and I drove over to your store to buy a smartwatch but I want to try them on and apparently you're not allowed to try on smartwatches. The guy told me I could look at it and decide from the look of it which version I wanted or I could drive over to Best buy. What a joke. Please go out of business or get acquired by private equity for merged into a company that actually cares about its customers like Verizon used to 20 years ago.
Alyssa is the most helpful associate that I have ever dealt with not just at Verizon but anywhere. I always leave the store confident that I have had all my questions answered and issues resolved. Great asset to your company.
