The lady that resolved my issue(my phone issue-I have no issues) was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Resolved the issue quickly with no drama and without the car salesman approach. Thanks Verizon Batavia!
I dreaded going to a Verizon store to update my plan and iPhone, but Yoni made it the most pleasant experience I ever had at a Verizon store. He transferred all my data and even synced my Apple watch. I was in and out of there in an hour. Great experience!
Always a wait
Such a humiliating experience yesterday with Blake. He was so irritated that I was there for technical support. I felt so belittled. Was moments away from moving all 5 of my devices to another carrier. Went to Best Buy and bought myself an iPad- they couldn’t have been kinder. Kindness matters.
