Such a humiliating experience yesterday with Blake. He was so irritated that I was there for technical support. I felt so belittled. Was moments away from moving all 5 of my devices to another carrier. Went to Best Buy and bought myself an iPad- they couldn’t have been kinder. Kindness matters.
Going to this corporate store is like going to the DMV. You walk in and someone who seems like they don't even want to be there takes down your name just so you can sit and wait for 30 minutes to actually be helped, only to find out they really can't help you as advertised. We bought three phones online and were told to take the old phones to a Verizon store to trade in. Went in to try the business internet. Maybe where I live the signal wasn't that good. I returned the equipment about 2weeks after getting the equipment. There was a free 30 period, I have been billed and am receiving late payment fees. I have called and the person from Verizon said the store never cancelled the phone #, I also received an email stating the account was closed. I just received another bill today 1/4/2025. Just terrible

We stopped by to hopefully upgrade two phones. We were able to upgrade one, and have our bill be at the lowest it can be. Angel was the one who helped my mom and I get her phone upgrade, he explained everything thoroughly, and really did a great job Thank you Angel! 🤗
