Calls go to a call center so I can't talk directly to someone in the Plattsburgh store. That makes it hard to do business locally with Verizon.
Was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The worker I dealt with was constantly trying to kick us out even though we arrived with an hour left until closing. We tried backing up our phone to trade it in for a new one but he insisted it would take too long and to come back tomorrow. However, we stayed and attempted to back it up, it said it would take approximately 10 minutes and he said we close in 30 minutes we won’t be ablw to help you. I had accidentally deleted all my photos. I cried because I thought I had lost all those memories. Went to Verizon in Plattsburgh and the gentleman restored them and helped with another problem in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service. Thank you so very much!!!
Summer assisted me today and was great. She made things easy, explained everything well and it went fast. She’s newer and her coworkers checked in on her and worked well as a team.
Always a long wait, nor because theres multiple customers, because theres multiple sales reps for one customer.
