Good as any
Excellent customer service! Dell, Derek, and their manager and staff are all just so AWESOME. On point. Hit a bump in road for our scheduled home install and they worked to fix the problem. Install completed in less than 48 hours. Been a Verizon customer a LONG time and this is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced with Verizon! Every Verizon store should provide service Iike this.
My husband and I switched to Verizon on Saturday 8/30/25. Emily helped us. This young lady worked tirelessly on our 2 new phones to get them set up and activated What we didn't know is that Verizon was down. I believe Emily manager came over to her about 5:30 and showed her something on her phone. Poor Emily had no clue that it was a full Verizon shutdown. She handled it with the grace of a true professional. What a great person they have there.
